There really isn’t anything I dislike. My only comment is that I liked receiving the statement of searches along with my invoice when it was emailed to me each week, so I didn’t have to log into my account just to review what I had ordered during the past week. I love Regy because it's very easy to use and because of how quickly customer support responds if I have any questions or need anything specific. I also love their team and the fact that they're Canadian. They have made due diligence very simple for Canadian law firms, allowing us to get all of the search results we need with a click of a button. No platform other than Regy offers summary reports (for free!!). I switched to Regy because it's much easier to use; it saved me a lot of time on searches and offers competitive pricing. I like that search results come back in a timely manner. Fast search results help me most, especially when lawyers need results in rush scenarios.
