Recommendations to others considering Reflect:
There has been no downside to using reflect for us. It takes a few hours to understand how everything works but watch the videos they provide and have fun playing around with it. Once you get it figured out, you'll love how easy and helpful it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for consulting company and we are using Reflect on our biggest project developing/improving the software for a Fortune 50 company. They had no automated testing of anything before we started working on it. Reflect has allowed us to cut our release testing cycle from 2-3 hours to 10-30 minutes and catch general bugs in the development cycle as we run these scripts nightly now and after major commits.
The company makes Robotic Coffee Baristas, so it's only fitting that automation is testing automation ;). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
