## About Reflect
Reflect provides the fastest workflow for creating automated end-to-end tests for your web application. To create a test in Reflect, we spin up an instrumented browser session in our cloud and screen share that with you within our web application. This approach lets us completely control the test environment, which means we can detect and accurately record the myriad of different actions you might take when testing your site; even complex actions like drag-and-drops, file uploads, and visual tests are captured intuitively without requiring additional configuration. Each test executed in Reflect gets an HD video showing you exactly what happened during the run, which is synced up to the English-language test steps that we generated automatically when you recorded your actions. We also provide key diagnostic information like network logs and Javascript logs to not only help developers reproduce a bug, but also to pinpoint the root cause.

## Reflect Reviews
 ### 1. Easy to setup an automation framework in a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Overall good but Need to be more user friendly.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decreasing the Manual testing efforts
Keep alerted in case of any failures
CI/CD

 ### 3. Reflect is the best means to get test automation running quickly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich P. | Test Automation Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

What I like best about Reflect is how fast you can create tests. It saves so much time and money.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The only thing I dislike is the inability to load scripts to manage data setup/cleanup prior to certain tests. It does have the capability to use APIs prior to tests but some data management I have requires a more complex set of steps than one API call.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problem I am solving with Reflect is getting automated test coverage with very little time and manpower available due to the startup status of the company. It solves this problem perfectly. I can spin up a suite of tests for a feature in no time. Also, I have multiple browsers covered with no extra effort.

 ### 4. The best testing software out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias K. | Namepartner/Mobile App Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I love that you can set up a test environment in the cloud and then get notified if the test goes wrong!
The second part is that you can test the UI of your application without too much hassle.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

There isn't a lot that I don't like. The only thing that would be nice is having the ability to integrate Reflect as a part of a CI/CD pipeline. That would make some of the work a lot easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

Not so much! - Just give it a shot! You won't regret it + there's a 30 day free trail ;)

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that I solve with Reflect is that you can test the UI of the application. Reflect sees the application exactly as the customer would see it.
This helps us a lot, to counter the pitfalls of a button that was supposed to do something specific but doesn't do anything

 ### 5. Fantastic tool for automated testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cezar C. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

It's easy to spin up end-to-end tests that follow complete user journeys. The visual validators help instill confidence that apps are working as expected and editing tests to match updates are incredibly simple. We switched to Reflect from one of their competitors almost a year and a half ago. Reflect was easier to use, significantly less expensive, and executed tests faster. They've been steadily adding new features during this time, and we are pleased about the workflow creation that allows calling external APIs based on test outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

We noticed that Reflect has a bit of trouble with embedded iframes. It seems to confuse some of the elements as the DOM nesting gets really deep. We are working around that by testing the iframe source but hope to try it again soon in a fully embedded context. Reflect also doesn't have the ability (at least as last we checked) to do 2-factor verification via SMS or email. While I understand that's a big undertaking, it certainly would take Reflect to the next level.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Reflect for our end-to-end tests. We go through complete user journeys and ensure all of our front-end validations are working correctly. As a startup, we push updates very frequently, and Reflect's testing ensures that our critical functionality still works as intended when we push updates.

 ### 6. Awesome Addition to the QA Tool Kit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian N. | Head of QA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I love how easy the tool is to use and to integrate into Postman using the API. I can now have a nightly schedule that triggers all of our internal APIs and a complete test of our UI through Reflects API. I have a ten-year background in Operations but am new to Software Development, and the team at Reflect has been excellent and patient at answering my many questions.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Again being new to this, it's hard for me to nitpick here as with my new knowledge in Software dev, I think it's pretty awesome what they have created.

To my knowledge, this can currently only run in chrome. I would like to see it available on safari, which I believe is on the roadmap. They are actively working on the UI, but small things like being able to edit variables and not have to delete and remake would be great.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

There has been no downside to using reflect for us. It takes a few hours to understand how everything works but watch the videos they provide and have fun playing around with it. Once you get it figured out, you'll love how easy and helpful it is.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for consulting company and we are using Reflect on our biggest project developing/improving the software for a Fortune 50 company. They had no automated testing of anything before we started working on it. Reflect has allowed us to cut our release testing cycle from 2-3 hours to 10-30 minutes and catch general bugs in the development cycle as we run these scripts nightly now and after major commits.

The company makes Robotic Coffee Baristas, so it's only fitting that automation is testing automation ;).

 ### 7. Review related to Reflect

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

it is non coding and easy to use, smart new way to automate website/mobile applications

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

it is a little slow and has less features

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

non coding part is not required. no basic knowledge is required

 ### 8. Easy to implement and use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth P. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

We got up and running with reflect in our CI/CD pipeline within an hour. This closed an important gap in our testing infrastructure. New tests can be added by non-technical staff if desired.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

I cant think of anything to complain about in our use of the product so far.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This closes the loop of unit and integration code coverage tests without the overhead of managing a Selenium implementation ourselves. We hope to also use this for visual regression testing soon,

 ### 9. Reflect is a great no-code tool for automation web testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

The purpose of the tool is to be a no-code solution for automation tests and Reflect does the job perfectly, with a great UI experience. It is easy to create/edit and delete a test and the user is able to check the previous results record, which is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The tool has some limitations that might impact the automation. For instance, the tool is not able to verify the absence/hidden content, as well as not able to add visualization check for content displayed when hovering an element.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is using Reflect for regression tests that cover the company's suite. Before the regression tests were essentially manual and thanks to this tool, the team automated around 65% of the regression tests and there was a significant decrease in the time spent performing it. Another benefit is that developing test scripts can be challenging and intimidating for some testers and QA's, and since the tool is no-code, the team can easily create the tests cases with no knowledge of any programming language or framework, just record it and save it.

 ### 10. Reflect Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talbia A. | software tester, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

It's easy to use and has the noncoding ability and its less time consuming to automate scripts

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Folders drag n drop is not possible and hierarchy is not possible

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

folders drag n drop is not possible and hierarchy is not possible but its a great tool to avoid all the coding and time consuming process of developing scripts

 ### 11. Amazing Product - Great Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith J. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

We currently use Reflect for two areas of our business. #1 We set up daily tests that will check the stability of our production server. The SAAS allows us to verify that exisiting production applications are active and working correct. #2 We run adhoc tests that can help regress test our application before releases.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Reflect doesn't really have any features that we dislike! The price is fair, the tests we run are seemless. If we have one complaint, sometimes we have to adjust our tests depending on the changes we make in our software. But honestly, that is really not Relfect's fault.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regress testing our software gives us peace of mind that we didn't break anything in our builds.

 ### 12. Effective, continually improving test tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

It's effective and rather flexible. It works with JavaScript-heavy front-ends. There are ways to interact with emails and SMS (for an additional cost), which makes it suitable to test many authentication and sign-up flows.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

We're still encountering bugs and, at times, limitations, and it's not that rare. But to the Reflect team's credit, they've been on top of things to address them quickly.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated end-to-end testing. We primarily use it to catch/prevent regressions in a continuous integration (CI/CD) pipeline. It mostly eliminates manual E2E testing for all but some very niche scenarios.

 ### 13. Reflect is the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kinzie H. | Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I have been using Reflect for a few months. Since I have been using it I have been able to automatically monitor and test every aspect of my platform. They keep adding features making it that much better. The customer support is amazing and they have been able to respond quickly and accurately with all of my requests and questions. For the features and automation that they offer it's a great value for money. I will be using them for a very long time.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

So far nothing. Everything has been great.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im able to focus on other work while Reflect tests the platform for me. I have more time to do what I need to do.

 ### 14. Reflect

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehma P. | Automation Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect provides an easy way to automate your application
Nightly builds are easy to handle in reflect
no coding is required

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

It has some structural problems, export issues

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflect has overcome the time taking process of automating your application, it is easy for nightly builds and email notifications are a great thing

 ### 15. Phenomenal testing software for non-developers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect is easy to use, significantly less expensive, and great for what we are looking to test. The ability to start the workday knowing our key user workflows are functional is invaluable. On top of that knowing that we can push new code and functionality through UAT with confidence is great.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Really not much to complain about here. We are excited to see the product grow and continue to be a key cornerstone of our tech suite.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were two key reasons for us implementing Reflect. The first was that we wanted to make sure that new code pushes would not affect core functionality or user journeys in unforeseen ways. The second was to make sure that each day our platform is up and running and performing in a way that we expect it to for our users.

 ### 16. Helps us deploy with certainty!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban S. | Co-Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect saves us countless hours of repetitive QA testing. It's quick to set up, easy to maintain and runs very stable every time. Bonus point, their team is fantastic and very responsive to customer feedback. They are way ahead of long-time established players in terms of user experience.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Six months ago, I would have had more to say, but now they pretty much added all key features for us to run efficiently, and the ones missing are coming soon.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reducing our time spent doing manual QA and increasing the stability of our production deployment. We are also giving developers faster feedback on their releases in QA.

 ### 17. Great UI test automation tool that doesn't require any coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evgeniya B. | QA Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect is a great tool. It doesn't require any setup or extended tutorial reading. You can start automating from the first minute after creating Reflect account. All actions to begin to automate are intuitive. Anyone can create automated test-cases. You don't need special knowledge to do it.
It is very easy to maintain created test cases.
Also I'd like to mention the great support team. Any help is got very fast and comprehensive, any issue is resloved within 1-2 days.

And Reflex improves all the time. They grow fast.
I beleive, this tool has a great future.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

A minor thing I'd like to point out. I want to be able save changes to my test case without running test case again.
Though, it helps to be confident that a new change didn't break the test case.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a test automation tool that can help me to create test cases fast, that is reliable (catches bugs), and that can be maintained easily.
Reflect is a great solution for all my needs.

 ### 18. Reflect takes the pain out of e2e testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I love the GUI approach. Having fiddled with a lot of selenium tests in my career, this makes e2e testing a lot less painful and more useful. We're just getting started with it now, but I can definitely see it providing a ton of value for us.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The UI can be a little finicky at times. I still get lost or am unable to find things easily without referencing the documentation. Variables and secrets have been a particular sore spot for me. We constantly have tests fail because they didn't have the override as we expected for the password. But these are minor quibbles, honestly.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been having issues with regressions in certain places. We are trying to move fast, and because of that, sometimes things get missed. I think reflect will allow us to have more confidence in our releases going forward.

 ### 19. Revolutionary tool for e2e testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Ease of use. It's super easy to get up and running and generate your first tests.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Some difficulty with dynamic generated elements which causes reflect to need another 'anchor'. This should be easily resolved by investing some development time though, so typically - I can't blame reflect!

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to easily generate, and replicate the same test runs meaning that we have resolved the headache of human error / monotinous testing.

 ### 20. Great tool for testing what i don't want to du manually!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steffen N. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I like the easy to use test creation. And if i have a question or request for a new feature, the team is very helpfull.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

I would love if there could be more information in the Network log as i want to see what has been sent and received in the request.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

If you are tired of doing all your UI test manualle or having to dedicate a person to just test, then all this can be swaped with Reflect. The fact that we can do auto test every night to ensure that the newest implementations has not given eny errors, is a must for our business.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skipping the need to do many manual tests just to see if the basic functionality is working or not.

 ### 21. Easier that you think

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand C. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

We've used automated tools like Selenium and Puppeteer before, but Reflect is so much easier and better because it smartly recognizes DOM elements and lets do visually design complicated tests. My favorite feature is being able to dynamically generate random emails when testing sign up flows, something that usually requires writing code in other tools.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The CI/CD integration is still in the early stage, I would like to see a first-class GitHub app and Vercel integration instead of having to set it up via webhooks or Actions.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflect is the best way to set up automated tests. The problem we're solving is having to code end-to-end tests manually and then having to maintain them. With Reflect we can do this visually.

 ### 22. Reflect E2E Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | CTO

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I'm able to perform comprehensive end to end tests, and keep them up to date, without the need to dedicate a considerable amount of resources. The results are easy to understand and the flexibility is growing with every update.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The software is not in it's final state, but continually improving. I would like more flexibility with building longer tests.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced cost of QA while maintaining a good quality.

 ### 23. Karl's G2 review and receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I love the interface, it's clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

I am not one to say I dislike, more so of a thoughtful critic. I think your icons can be more legible, took me forever to find the settings items.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

I have a MacBook pro

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving test flows for user applications. The benefits are that I see how much insight I can gain from one re-record session.

 ### 24. Reflect:A must have tool. for QA Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

The tool is simple to adapt and easy to scale
No onboarding required for complex software tool usage
It brings value in no time for the testing team

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Some improvements are needed like introducing the test reports and statistics, Which are missing currently

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

If you want to have less time or resources for open source frameworks and looking for something that brings the difference in terms of automation, Reflect is perfect to quick start the automation journey in the QA team

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving our problems by simulating Users journeys in automation
Software use case scenarios to be Automated
It reduces the manual QA verification we can rely on Reflect to perform all those tasks
As Reflects is also integrated into CI/CD, it brings a lot of value to run dedicated tests
The best part no training is required to adopt this tool in your team like other tools in this domain

 ### 25. Awesome testing software without any code to write!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Simplicity of using the software - no code to handle only use a browser.
Possibility to use tags, getting mails when tests fails,
Using variables
Automatic selecting items

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

So far there are not many features i don't like about reflect regression testing software.
It is also possible to request new features.
If i should say one thing it is the possibility only to receive mails based on testgroups (tags)

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflect regression testing software replaces all our selenium tests where we need to maintain code.
We test all our flows in the system fast and on a daylie basis

 ### 26. Amazing Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

GUI, visual validation, email OTP support

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

I can't think of anything this product is missing

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a need for automated QA support driven by non-engineers. Reflect has made e2e testing more scalable across our engineer and QA teams.

 ### 27. Fitz has been extremely helpful and response to any questions I have. There are frequent updates.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | QA Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Customer service, frequency of updates, Ease of use

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The product is still a work in progress, but this is known and something that the Reflect team has made sure to update when advancements are made

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I have created a regression against our website and made tests to ensure that certain changes are made as expected.

 ### 28. Reflect Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

It's easy and very simple to use. No coding is required to do automation in it.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

We can not do conditional testing in reflect

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's helping me in doing regression testing.

 ### 29. Good tool for validating our E2E tests

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I like the fact that we can start tests via API. That allows us to validate changes from our CI before merging them to production.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The fact is that we need to run a new test to "re-record before this step" instead of reusing the failed attempt.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

This is a great tool to easily record your E2E tests. They offer a 30 min/month free plan that will help small personal projects as well.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smoke tests on simple features such as log in on CI after any changes, plus daily smoke tests for all main product flows.

 ### 30. An easy and fast way to automate tests!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate A. | Senior Software QA Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

We are using Reflect as our only automation tool because of these two things - EASY TO OPERATE and TIME SAVER! There are a lot of tools that we can use but we defintely recommend using Reflect for those organizations who wants to go with codeless automation testing. (The very first tool that we are using for Automation Testing) Their support team was also very welcoming and helpful, Todd was there for us throughout our journey and even until now, which really makes it to another level.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

The thing that I don't really like or find inconvenient is when we need to do or create test runs within the time frame provided (which is 10 mins). I don't know if this differs according to subscription type but I do hope this gets extended since there are tests that needs more time than we are currently given. But even though of this time constraint, I still find using Reflect useful for our automation.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

If ever you need to have your email configurations, you can ask their support for help to get the thing done! Todd did a great job in doing all the setup for us.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflect did a great help for us to keep automating tests. One of the benefits that we got after subscribing to reflect is that it saves us more time performing daily smoke tests.

 ### 31. No code automation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kavitha M. | Data Quality Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Codeless testing makes it easy to use.
The best feature on Reflect is the visual validation feature and video recordings of tests.
Great support from the team.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

It would be more helpful if the definition field is available while we create a new variable. Because it asks the name alone for the new variable.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

Reflect is a Codeless Automation testing tool that can be accessed by those who can’t code.
Very good support from the Reflect team.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This No-Code Automation Tool saves effort & time for the Regression Testing of our product.
Easy to access for those who can’t code (not well versed in coding).

 ### 32. Awesome tool to quickly build a full suite of automated tests

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

We don't have the engineering resources to make a full suite of automated tests with a framework like Selenium. Reflect gave us the ability to define a very complete set of automated web tests in much less time than it would take to do manually with code. It was really easy to onboard onto and the pricing is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Execution management needs a bit more functionality if you want to run a large number of data-driven tests (e.g. for a web automation task other than testing, for example filling out a form).

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have extensive web tests so that we can be notified whenever we push a breaking change, with a fraction of the effort it would normally take to maintain those with a framework like Selenium. We also have the tests run at scheduled intervals so we'll be notified immediately if there is an issue.

 ### 33. Good way to get tests up and running quickly without Dev Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

I could get tests quickly without pulling dev time from building product. Plus, it was obvious what the tests were testing so I knew what was covered and what wasn't covered yet.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

I wasn't always sure if it would be able to retain the automation or if we needed to rebuild parts of our tests as our application changed.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

It was an easy way to get tests up and running quickly. The tests are very visible so the confidence the rest of the team has in the tests is very high. Plus, if anyone on the team wants more tests, they can write tests so everyone wins.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed tests, but we didn't have developer bandwidth to write tests. We also needed our team to "see" the tests so that they would have more confidence in each release.

 ### 34. Excellent Automated Testing Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

What I like most about Reflect is how easy the interface is to operate. Anytime I run into a snag, I am able to easily figure out how to go forward without too much trouble. On the off chance that I do have questions, Todd answers so quickly!!

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

To my knowledge, there is not a reporting tool as of yet, but I hope that will come soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

I recommend Reflect if you have a large overhead of tests needing to be automated.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What we've been able to solve using Reflect is automated testing. We had a suite of Automated Integration Tests that we were working on, and those tests were easily tested through Reflect without too much overhead. Now, that we have the Suite is set up fully in Reflect, any changes made to our software simply just need tests updated. What I've realized with using Reflect, is my automation testing for the UI is cut in half, and I can start focusing on planning to automate the backend tests.

 ### 35. Our experience with Reflect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yulia S. | Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect allows our team to create and run tests easily and saves resources. It's a handy platform for QA specialists and developers (since they can figure out problems with products in seconds). Instead of writing code, all you have to do is record your actions while using a certain product. You can also use the "Visual Validation" tools to really make sure everything is working properly. The Reflect team is super responsive and quickly helps with whatever is needed. Our team appreciates this.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

It takes a bit of time to understand why certain tests fail (but not too long).

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their platform saves time and resources. Also, you don't have to write complex scripts to run daily tests. Developers can see what's wrong with a particular element in seconds.

 ### 36. A more intuitive web automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan S. | Head of Quality Assurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect is very intuitive and very user-friendly. Asserting elements on the page is relatively easy and debugging any failed test is straightforward. Support is excellent, when I do have issues (which is not a lot), they respond promptly (typically within the day)

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

While it has many features, some of the features that I'd like are currently missing. However, it is on their roadmap.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

Reflect is ideal for smaller teams on a budget or growing teams. It's a straightforward tool to use, support is great and the application is constantly evolving

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflect replaces manual regression testing that we do for each release, which gives QA more time to perform exploratory testing and testing edge cases. It has cut down our regression time from a day/day and a half to half a day on average

 ### 37. Fantastic tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** martin m. | developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

We are using this everyday for testing purpose.

Its a fantastic tool for us!

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

We can't find anathing that we dislike..

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that we are solving is finding bugs

 ### 38. Great automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Reflect is a great automation tool; It is simple to use and contains many helpful features that will work in different applications. The support team is responsive and always there to help.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

I wish there was a "wait-time" feature for those slow rendering pages.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are automating our dashboards and checking the filter's functionality along with rendings of maps and graphs

 ### 39. Best End to End Product on the Market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve J. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

All remote test runner configuration is handled for you. The selectors make acting and validating extremely fast. The team is responsive and quick to fix any issues raised. I used to write all tests in code, and this tool has probably 10x-ed by speed.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Some pretty small UI details, like not being able to organize tests into folders.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using to product to ensure our production application is behaving as expected. We've realized how much more robust our test strategy can be using an end-to-end tool like this.

 ### 40. A powerful and flexible website QA tool that does not require any coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | QA Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Easy to get started with the free trial in which you can write real tests that can be used in the QA process. The tool is intuitive and has a gentle learning curve but provides some powerful features such as variables, inbox support for email confirmation, and high-resolution support (desktop large).

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

It does not yet support simultaneous multiple user sign-in.

**Recommendations to others considering Reflect:**

If you care about QA, reflect.run is something you cannot afford not to try.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate our QA process of common tasks performed on our web app.

 ### 41. Great automated regression QA solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | Founder and CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

Ability to run automated regression tests without having to write a single line of code that our marketing team and non-engineers can write and understand

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Can't really think of anything that I dislike about it. They're still in the process of launching more features around complex flows within our application.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continued releases that have gone sideways after deploying.

 ### 42. Acceptance testing you'll enjoy using

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Reflect?**

It's straightforward to set up without coding and to re-record when things change in your app.

**What do you dislike about Reflect?**

Some features like notifications and test observability are not as mature as the test recording/replay functionality. The only notifications you get when tests fail are via email, and the dashboard doesn't update automatically. Additionally, you can only test on Internet-routable applications, so we have to deploy a test environment specifically for Reflect.

**What problems is Reflect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaced our old system of browser acceptance testing using Playwright, which was hard to maintain as our app UI changed (granted, in fairly significant ways). Reflect makes it easy to adapt to such changes, re-record tests and discard the obsolete ones.
