"Effortless TrackingMade Design Coordination Much Smoother of Drawings, Approvals, and Design Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about RDash?

For me, it's mainly the ease of tracking design-related activities. There are always multiple drawings, approvals, material selections, and site discussions happening at the same time. Earlier, I had to keep checking with different people for updates. Now I can quickly see what's approved, what's pending, and what needs my attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RDash?

Initially, I felt there were quite a few features to understand, so it took me a little while to get comfortable. Once you start using it regularly, though, it becomes part of your routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RDash Keeps All Project Files and Updates Organized in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about RDash?

What I like most about RDash is its open, well-organized interface, which makes project management much more efficient. As part of the design team, I especially appreciate that all project-related files, attachments, revisions, status updates, and communication are kept in one centralized place.

One of the biggest advantages is not having to request files from different people one by one or waste time tracking down the latest versions. Everything is clearly and systematically arranged, so I can quickly find the information I need whenever I need it. This reduces the hassle of juggling multiple files, improves coordination across the team, and keeps the workflow organized and transparent.

Overall, RDash streamlines the design process, saves time, and makes day-to-day work feel far less hectic by ensuring all project information is easy to access in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RDash?

One area where RDash could improve is its dashboard functionality. While the platform works well for managing files and sharing project updates, the current dashboard doesn’t fully meet the specific needs of our design team.

Right now, we often have to build and maintain our own dashboards to track project progress, priorities, and other team-specific details. It would be very helpful if RDash provided more customizable dashboard options, so teams could set up widgets, filters, and views that match their workflow. Having that flexibility directly within the platform would reduce the need for separate tracking tools, improve overall visibility, and make project management more efficient.

A more tailored, configurable dashboard experience would noticeably enhance usability and productivity for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"“Strengthening Safety Compliance Through Better Visibility”"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RDash?

I would strongly recommend R-Dash to organizations managing construction, infrastructure, or commercial real estate projects. It provides much better visibility into safety activities and helps ensure that safety remains an integral part of project execution rather than an afterthought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RDash?

What I like most is the centralized visibility it provides for safety-related activities. Earlier, safety observations, audits, and corrective actions were tracked through spreadsheets, emails, and physical reports. With RDash, everything is available in one place, making it easier to monitor compliance and follow up on pending actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"RDash Has Completely Streamlined the Way Project Execution Is Manage"

What do you like best about RDash?

One of the best things about RDash is how naturally it fits into day-to-day project operations. Instead of juggling between spreadsheets, calls, and scattered updates, everything is available in one connected ecosystem.

I especially like the clarity the platform brings through its dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting views. Even complex project data becomes easy to understand and review. It has made monitoring timelines, approvals, and execution progress much more seamless and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RDash?

Honestly, there isn’t anything major that stands out as a drawback. The platform already caters well to execution and operational requirements, and it’s clear that continuous improvements and refinements are being made regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Project Execution Platform for Multi-Site Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about RDash?

What I like best about RDash is how it brings the entire project execution workflow onto a single platform. From site onboarding and document management to activity scheduling, vendor coordination, approvals, and progress tracking, everything is centralized and easy to monitor.

For iSprout, where multiple workspace projects run simultaneously across locations, RDash has helped improve visibility, reduce manual follow-ups, and ensure teams stay aligned on timelines. The real-time tracking and customizable workflows make execution much smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RDash?

One area where RDash can improve is platform speed during peak usage—sometimes certain pages take longer to load when handling large project data. Additionally, a few workflows could be made more intuitive for first-time users, especially around approvals and report navigation.

That said, the support team is responsive and regularly works on feedback, which has helped address issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Project Visibility That Makes Tracking Progress Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about RDash?

What I like the most is the centralized visibility it provides across projects. As an Assistant Project Manager, I constantly need updates from different teams, and RDash makes it much easier to track progress, approvals, delays, and pending tasks without depending entirely on manual follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RDash?

The platform works best when all teams update data regularly. If some teams delay updates, the visibility is affected. Also, the initial onboarding takes some time for users transitioning from traditional workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
