"Very Practical CRM for Follow-Ups, Activities, and Daily Management"
5/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. RAYNET CRM helps me keep daily work organized without making things complicated. I regularly manage patient follow ups, consultation related activities, content planning, and communication, so having everything in one place is very useful. Getting started was easy and implementation did not require much effort. Creating contacts, managing activities, scheduling follow-ups, and reviewing previous interactions felt straightforward from the beginning. I use it regularly because it helps me keep track of ongoing work without maintaining separate notes and files.

One thing I find useful is that contacts, activities, calendar events, meetings, documents, and communication history are connected together. When I need to review a previous discussion, check follow-up activities, or find important information, everything is easier to access. The task management and reminder features are also helpful because they help me stay on top of patient follow-ups and routine work. I also like that deals, activity tracking, reporting, and document management are available in the same system. For my health education work, it helps me keep content-related activities and planning tasks organized as well. The number of features feels practical for day to day work without making the system feel difficult to use. Performance has been good during regular use, and it fits well into my workflow. Overall, RAYNET CRM helps me stay organized, manage follow-ups more efficiently, and keep clinic and content-related activities structured and easier to manage. What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

I like that most information is connected, but when there are many activities, contacts, and records, finding a very specific item can occasionally take a few extra clicks. It does not happen often, but during busy workdays I notice it sometimes. Also, the reporting tools are useful, but for more specific analysis I sometimes need to spend extra time adjusting filters and views. The information is available, but creating a highly customized report can take a little more effort than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great German CRM for EU Trade Compliance, But Reporting & Bulk Imports Need Work"
4/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

Its Germany-located servers are a huge win for GDPR and customs audits; I never need extra archives to verify data residency. The native cross-border data transfer forms cut my admin load, and custom CSRD fields attach supplier sustainability metrics straight to partner profiles. Exports come pre-formatted for EU disclosure filings, and the German support team understands our trade compliance pain points far better than foreign CRM providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

There are no ready-made report templates built for formal CSRD sustainability submissions. Uploading large batches of supplier data runs slow and frequently breaks our custom sustainability tags. It would also be critical to offer after-hours German compliance support for sudden audit or customs deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tailored CRM for German IT Firms, Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

As a core business management platform, RAYNET CRM unifies our entire customer and partner management workflow. Its biggest strength lies in being fully optimized for German local IT service enterprises, with native GDPR-compliant data management functions built right in. It comes with ready-to-use practical modules including IT service contract administration, SLA progress monitoring and multi-level partner management, so our team barely needs extra customization to match our daily business processes. It delivers extremely smooth connection with Microsoft 365. All work emails, schedule arrangements and shared team files can be directly bound to corresponding client profiles, which saves us plenty of repetitive manual entry work. Team members can check complete client interaction records in one place effortlessly, greatly improving internal collaboration efficiency. Besides, the official onboarding guidance is clear and professional, letting us finish basic deployment quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

The system’s built-in report functions are relatively simple, unable to generate refined customized data charts targeting IT service industry core indicators such as service fulfillment rate and contract renewal cycle. We have to export raw data and reorganize it externally for deep data analysis. The mobile client remains plain in practical use, lacking stable offline working mode and fast real-time data synchronization, which cannot well satisfy the daily office demands of our on-site business staff. Moreover, its accessible third-party application connectors are not rich enough, and we have to spend extra manpower developing docking interfaces for some of our commonly used business tools. "Tailored for EU Compliance, Lacks Integrated Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I value RAYNET CRM's accounting-focused customization paired with robust EU privacy logging. Its fully configurable custom fields and tagging system built for bookkeeping and tax workflows are my top advantage. It lets me create finance-specific labels, and I save reusable filtered segments that cut hours of weekly admin work. The immutable DSGVO audit trail for all client data activity eliminates my biggest compliance stress. I can export standardized audit reports immediately when required. The role-based access controls fit our mixed team structure perfectly, allowing us to maintain privacy and confidentiality. The built-in deadline task automation tailored to accounting cycles stands out, allowing for a data-driven approach to client retention work. RAYNET is built around regulated European service businesses, making it an ideal fit for our accounting firm's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

The built-in reporting module lacks combined cross-category dashboards tailored to accounting service tracking. RAYNET can generate standalone lists segmented by service type or client industry, but it cannot merge imported survey satisfaction metrics, upcoming tax deadline tasks, and past virtual consultation records from OctaMeet into a single unified view. Multi-layered filter logic is also limited; I cannot stack tags like “retail clients + low satisfaction + upcoming tax filing” in one live dashboard and must export raw data to run that analysis offline. "Reliable CRM with Easy Setup, Needs More B2B Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I really like how straightforward, reliable, and team-friendly RAYNET CRM is for B2B sales and account management without the unnecessary bloat of bigger CRMs. It's incredibly easy to learn and adopt, which was a big win for us since our team started using it consistently right away without endless training. I don't have to worry about the complexity that made people avoid other CRMs in the past. I also appreciate how stable and fast RAYNET is day-to-day; it never lags or crashes, ensuring a smooth experience for our team. Additionally, the customization is simple and flexible—I love that we can easily add custom fields and adjust workflows without needing IT support. This adaptability helps us tailor the CRM to fit our B2B sales process perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

It also lacks some B2B-specific features out of the box, like formal quote generation, contract management, or detailed customer segmentation. These are things we either do manually or use other tools to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Dependable CRM for Small Teams with Room for Support Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

I like that RAYNET CRM is simple and straightforward while covering everything our small team needs. It's easy to learn and use, with a clean and intuitive interface—no messy menus or confusing navigation. Our team picked it up quickly without needing extensive training, which is a big plus for us. The platform loads quickly and remains stable, with no lag, freezing, or glitches, even with multiple tabs open. This dependability means we can rely on it without interruptions. The simplicity means we can just use the tool without fighting it, leading to higher adoption and consistent updates across the team. As a result, we can easily track our sales pipeline, know the status of deals, who needs follow-up, and what's next, without endless data digging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

We've also noticed that customer support, while friendly, can be slow at times. Responses aren't always instant, and some more complex questions take a few back-and-forths to resolve. For a small team that relies on the tool daily, faster support would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Clean Interface with Powerful Customizable Sales Pipelines"
4/5
What do you like best about RAYNET CRM?

The best thing is that their interface is intuitive and clean. Their pipeline and deal management are very strong, combined with their activity tracking. Their sales and workflows are very deeply customizable. Solid reporting for sales performance tracking is also an efficient feature in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAYNET CRM?

Their automation features are not as advanced as those of other enterprise CRMs. Their marketing automation capabilities are also not very well structured. Their integration ecosystem is very small and limited to a few apps, so the options are very limited. Certain reports also need manual customisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
