"Secure, Reliable Large File Transfers with Fast Speeds and Tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

What I like best about Quatrix is its secure and reliable approach to large file transfers. The platform makes it easy to send and receive files of virtually any size while maintaining strong security controls. I appreciate the simple user interface, fast transfer speeds, and the ability to track file activity, which helps ensure important documents are delivered successfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

One area that could be improved is the user interface, which could be more modern and offer additional customization options. While the core functionality is strong, some advanced integrations and workflow automation features could be expanded further to better support complex enterprise environments. "Reliable Secure File Sharing, Held Back by Limited Integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

The permanent activity logs and end-to-end AES-256 encryption are game-changing for our compliance work. All file shares and downloads are recorded, making ISO 10015 and GDPR audits with German enterprises far less stressful. Custom client portals streamline submission of coaching evaluations, and layered folder permissions lock away sensitive executive leadership data from irrelevant team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

There’s no native connection to our LMS or client CRM, so we constantly reupload training records manually to satisfy ISO 10015 archiving rules. Audit exports lack flexible filtering, so we rebuild every report in Excel to match our clients’ German compliance templates. Access rights are binary only—no limited editor roles for junior coaches, which creates extra admin overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Compliant File Management for German SMEs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

As an IT compliance specialist supporting local Hamburg SMEs, the biggest advantage Quatrix brings is its native fit for German cybersecurity and data retention laws. All file data resides within EU/German server infrastructure, which immediately clears our data residency obligations under GDPR. Immutable logs capture every upload, download and share action, and adjustable data retention timelines map straight to GoBD accounting storage mandates. We no longer need to build custom logging or encryption add-ons like we did with older FTP solutions. Granular user permissions and auto-expiring shared links cut down our daily security maintenance tasks significantly. Even our less seasoned junior engineers can pull complete, auditor-acceptable evidence reports through the straightforward admin interface without writing custom scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

There are several notable friction points for teams focused on German regulatory compliance. The backend management dashboard has incomplete German translation, so junior staff often struggle to parse advanced filtering options when preparing audit extracts. Official support materials mostly cover general EU GDPR, with almost no dedicated guides explaining how to align platform settings with BSI IT-Grundschutz or GoBD audit expectations. Creating custom automated retention or access workflows requires manual REST API scripting; there’s no visual no-code builder to speed up client-specific rule setup. Mass user permission editing is also clunky, so onboarding groups of client-side staff means repetitive individual adjustments that eat into our project timelines. "GDPR-Ready Secure File Transfer Tool Held Back By Limited ERP Integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

The built-in GDPR framework is its biggest strength. Tamper-proof activity logs drastically shorten audit prep for our German corporate clients. Granular permission sets isolate confidential customer records, while automatic data retention rules remove manual cleanup work and keep us aligned with local data legislation. End-to-end encryption also works flawlessly within our hybrid VMware cloud environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

There’s little native support for widely used German ERPs, forcing us to maintain custom Python sync scripts. The backend admin panel has no full German translation, confusing newer staff. Multi-gigabyte archive uploads lag heavily, and enterprise subscription pricing doesn’t scale well for our mid-sized MSP customer portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid GDPR-Focused Secure File Transfer With Minor Functional Flaws"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

Quatrix delivers highly reliable secure file transfer services that fully conform to local data protection regulations, perfectly matching confidential PR business demands. End-to-end encryption and complete operation logs let us keep close track of all file access records. Smooth linkage with Outlook fits our daily office habits, enabling easy distribution of press releases and media resources. Custom access authority settings effectively isolate sensitive information, while steady transmission speed guarantees timely delivery of promotional documents and maintains smooth internal and external communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

The mobile operating interface lacks fluent interaction experience, inconvenient for remote file processing. Uploading batches of mixed-format files will occasionally slow down the running speed. Its compatibility scope with third-party office software still needs broadening. Besides, personalized brand customization functions are relatively scarce, which cannot well present unified corporate brand image during external document sharing. "Intuitive, Secure Solution for Compliant File Sharing"
4/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I love that Quatrix combines robust enterprise security with a clean, intuitive interface. It features end-to-end encryption and full GDPR compliance, which is critical for our sensitive video research and confidential client data. I can easily share large video files, organize project folders, and collaborate smoothly without complicated workarounds. All project assets stay centralized in one workspace, saving time hunting for files across multiple platforms. Onboarding and setup are straightforward with no technical expertise needed. Granular access permissions protect sensitive data well, and built-in audit trails make routine compliance checks much simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

Quatrix handles our core secure file sharing needs well, but there are a few areas for improvement. Native integrations with our research and project management tools are limited, so we have to transfer files manually between systems. Its reporting functions are fairly basic, without in-depth insights into how users engage with shared content. Also, previewing large video files tends to be slow and unreliable, often requiring a full download just for quick review. These are not major issues, but better integrations, richer analytics and smoother video previews would greatly improve workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Reliable File Transfer for Effortless Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I use Quatrix primarily for secure file transfer, particularly when sharing large files, and for managing sensitive business data efficiently. I really appreciate how it streamlines collaboration by being a reliable and organized platform for transferring files securely between teams and external users. What I like most about Quatrix is its secure and reliable file transfer capabilities, which are especially useful for sharing large files efficiently. The platform is user-friendly and helps keep file management organized. It improves collaboration by making secure data sharing simple and convenient. The secure file transfer capabilities are valuable to me because they ensure that sensitive and large files can be shared safely, quickly, and without interruptions, improving workflow efficiency and making collaboration more organized and dependable. The initial setup of Quatrix was relatively smooth and straightforward, thanks to a well-structured onboarding process and an intuitive platform interface, which made it easy to start using. Overall, Quatrix helps solve challenges related to secure file sharing, large file transfers, and data management, reducing delays and making collaboration smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

One thing that could be improved in Quatrix is the overall UI and customization experience, as some features can take time for new users to understand during onboarding. Improving navigation speed, integrations and notification management would make file sharing and collaboration even more efficient and user-friendly. The UI could be improved by making the dashboard and navigation more modern and intuitive, especially for first-time users during onboarding. Some settings and file management options can take extra steps to access, so simplifying the layout and improving menu organization would enhance usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Secure, Efficient Logistics Operations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I really appreciate how Quatrix is secure, simple, and built for real logistics work. It handles large customs and shipping files without failing, keeps us GDPR-compliant with strong encryption, and provides clear tracking so we never wonder if documents arrived. It's straightforward enough for our warehouse and operations teams to use every day with almost no training. The audit trails and delivery confirmations take all the guesswork out of document sharing, which cuts down disputes, speeds up cross-border shipments, and makes audits effortless. Quatrix doesn’t just keep data safe—it actually makes our daily workflow smoother and more reliable, which is huge in time-sensitive logistics. Additionally, the initial setup of Quatrix was refreshingly straightforward compared to other enterprise-grade secure file transfer tools we've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

One area where Quatrix could be better is its batch processing and automation flexibility. In logistics, we often handle dozens of related files at once for shipments, and setting up automated workflows for recurring transfers can feel a bit rigid compared to some more specialized tools. Another small pain point is the mobile experience. While it works, the interface isn’t quite as responsive as we’d like for our field staff and drivers who need to quickly access or sign documents on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GDPR-Aligned Cloud Collaboration with Scope for Enhancement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I really appreciate Quatrix's customizable tiered permission presets and GDPR-compliant audit tracking system. These features are essential for maintaining confidentiality in import/export operations by allowing me to control access to sensitive pricing information based on partner segmentation. Automatic audit logs provide a clear, compliant record of document interactions. The platform's intuitive folder architecture simplifies organizing trade documents by region, and its fast EU server performance ensures quick access to large files during negotiations. Quatrix’s tailored trade security features, like AES-256 encryption and European data residency, cater specifically to enterprise trade needs, making it invaluable for my cross-border collaboration tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

Landing page and shared link branding customization is very limited, which weakens our professional image to EU overseas partners. All external Quatrix folder pages carry fixed platform branding, and I cannot upload our EuropaConnect Trade company logo or set branded custom short links for trade document sharing. The auto-generated notification emails sent to distributors also use generic neutral text with no editable pre-saved templates segmented by partner tier, such as dedicated messages for large volume importers versus small regional retailers. I have to manually add separate explanatory GDPR and trade confidentiality disclaimers to every supplementary email I send alongside Quatrix links, as permanent legal text blocks tied to folder permission presets are not available. Pre-built branded email templates with embedded BDSG compliance wording would remove repetitive writing each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure File Sharing with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Quatrix?

I like Quatrix because of its strong security and compliance features, which let me share sensitive files with confidence knowing they are encrypted and handled according to regulations. I don't have to worry about data leaks or risky workarounds. The ability to transfer large files without needing to split them or deal with upload limits saves me time and prevents failed transfers. I appreciate the detailed access control where I can decide who can view, download, or edit files and track activity, keeping everything organized and accountable. The initial setup was easy, and the Quatrix team was very cooperative. I also highly recommend it because it's very secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quatrix?

Some features feel a bit limited like customization and integration with other tools. File transfer can occasionally be slow and the interface could be smoother. Also, better notification and more flexible permission controls would improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
