"Frustrating Subscription Experience with QRCG"

What do you like best about QRCG?

What do you dislike about QRCG?

I'm frustrated with their operations. We ended up being charged for an annual membership that we weren't aware of, and they said they had notified us about the recurring charge and an increase in cost, neither of which happened. When I tried to reach out for help, there was no live support available—no human to talk to, no phone number, and they explicitly said there were no live agents to chat with. It was really frustrating to be stuck with a charge that was $50 more than what had been previously paid, especially when we clearly haven't used it in years. What do you like best about QRCG?

Ease of use, and price. We use a lot of QR codes in print materials and so it's easy to create a QR code, download the svg and drop it in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a way to set preferred download format. It defaults to png, but for print we use svg more often than not.

Also, I wish I could sort all of the QR codes by most recently scanned, so I can see which ones have been scanned most recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
