I like the being able to view the recognition feed first thing. And seeing everyone for being recognized for good work is nice. The reward badges are a fun implement also.

Unsure, I'm still learning all of the features of Qarrot, as we've only begun to use it this year. I still haven't learned all the functionality yet.

I have found that nothing goes unnoticed in our office

Our organization is fairly big, so to have a central place to stay connected that isn't public is nice because we can send each other accolades when they are deserved and the rest of the people in the organization can share in that.

Interface is a bit basic, and the navigation isn't necessarily intuitive, but I am new to using it, so I'm not 100% use to it too.

It's nice to be connected with names and things happening outside of my department since we have multiple locations and many employees that I don't see all the time.

It's very easy to use and straight forward.

I do not dislike anything. The entire program is straight forward and very easy to use.

It's very fun, it's like an internal social media where you can recognize colleagues.

I would highly recommend this site, especially for larger companies and those who are struggling with communication between employees and management. It's a great tool to have in a business!

We are solving our communication issue, which has been an issue for a long time within our company. The benefits I have realized for this site is that it overall gives companies better communication within their daily operations and the employees who work hard get real time recognition, which is also great!

This is a simple and effective. My team loves the rewards. I love I can recognize someone immediately and from my phone.

So far we have enjoyed it all. The only issue is I would like to be able to delete someone's comments if needed as an admin.

I enjoy Qarrot since it is a great way to acknowledge people’s achievements, even if we are too busy to do it during the workday. I love the amount of gift card choices also!

I have benefited by seeing other people who I work with but don’t know well get recognized for their achievements. It helps me get to know them.

Qarrot helps our company overall by making it easy to recognize one another’s accomplishments. Qarrot also teaches us how to utilize our allowed points and or cash that is provided. We can monitor how much we give and keep track of our spending.

There is not much I can say that I dislike about Qarrot. I think it’s a wonderful resource. I would maybe say that it would be nice to get an update ok when someone reply’s to comments

I have resolved the problem of my team feeling in appreciated and or left out. This source is great because not only can the team see the recognition but the entire company can see it.
