I like that you can give your co workers the appreciation they deserve. Your able to recognize them for different achievements. Tell your co workers Happy Birthday. There are plenty of gift cards to choose from for gifts.

I like best that our recognized achievements are rewarding not only for everyone to see in one location but it is also rewarded with real money, or at least with something that translates into real money. It is also nice to have a forum to where we can be recognized and also recognize others thus promoting positive moral at work.

There are not much that I dislike about Qarrot if any at all. I feel that there could be more badges to go along with recognition that way the recognition send and received can be more accurate. Perhaps even funnier badges to make people smile and further improve the daily lives of all participants involved.

Just more badges that can help promote more accurate recognition but ultimately nothing that has to do with quality of life issues.

Qarrot definitely help got rid of some of the e-mail clutter that can go along with not having a forum for recognition and being forced to use e-mail or an incomprehensible site that is not Qarrot. Benefits included but aren't limited to higher moral, promotes better working purposes, and how important a forum for recognition is.

It's great for a company to have options to reward employees for meeting goals and expectations!

I haven't had any issues with Qarrot since beginning this last month.

I'm unaware of any issues.

The thing I disliked was the ability to see the recognition given and received in one spot. Qarrot listened to this suggestion and updated their program to reflect this change.

This is a great recognition program - the company cares about their customers, listens to suggestions and also has a prompt response time to any issues.

We are giving more peer recognitions throughout our 9 office locations. Its a great way to keep us all connected. We are giving credit to employees how go above and beyond their jobs. We are awarding our employees for different campaigns that they complete. Employee Morale is good!!!

I like that you can give qarrots to people who are doing a great job and vice versa! It's a way to show recognition instead of just giving a vocal compliment.

So far I haven't found any issues with qarrot yet. It has ran pretty smoothly with me since I started it.

I think the problems that are being solved are giving recognition to people who may feel like they aren't getting enough. It definitely makes people work harder and happier when they receive qarrots.

The time it takes to create a campaign is too long, particularly when just trying to copy one that had previously expired. Random reward failures even with budget available.

One of the best features is (optional) the ability for the team to reward each other. Brilliant way to show appreciation to each other. The Qarrot team is supportive too!

Our staff are distributed around the globe and many work from home. We use Qarrot to incentivize projects and announce initiatives. We also use it to reward positive contributions to the team.

I really like the gift card incentives. Its a really cool way to turn otherwise unnoticed office recognition into useful monetary rewards! I also really enjoy the competitions and contests that can be set up by management. I think it's a cool way to boost work performance and results while allowing top performers to be recognized and rewarded for their efforts.

The only thing that I find with Qarrot that is slightly burdensome is that I have to log into a separate website that kicks me after a brief time of inactivity. This would be ok but I work in a super busy call center in the office and Often times i forget to log in or don't have the time. I think If there was an application that we could download on our desktops that made it more readily available or more easily accessible that be cool.

As stated above Qarrot helps recognize people for the small useful tasks that help the company achieve success but may otherwise be overlooked. I believe it also helps to promote inter-office relationships and allows recognition among employees and not just management.

Makes incentive goals fun to achieve. It's inspiring to see other team members achievements shared on this site and makes us strive harder to achieve our goals when a campaign is in motion.

so far I have not encountered or can think of a feature I dislike. Maybe if quarrot offered a way to personalize our screens by background selections when we log in? Aside from that , cant think of anything flawed at the moment.

My employees are seeing that they are all actively participating for the same goals. When they see their achievements on screen and get points for it as well as a notification of their good work and goal being achieved, it motivates them to continue achieving these goals with the campaigns that are set.
