"Pulse Unifies Feedback from multiple sources and Automates Workflows with AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

Pulse brings together customer feedback from multiple sources and helps us prioritize our product roadmap. We can bring in feature requests directly from customers through a portal, through Zendesk, Slack, other sources, and unify it with our SF information to paint the right picture.

We moved to Pulse from a legacy product and really like the AI capabilities that they provide - Co-Pilot, MCP server, which automates our complete workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

There is a learning curve for new users, and some workflows could be more user-friendly. We've also encountered occasional bugs and setup challenges, though the team has generally been responsive in addressing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Feedback Insights with Stellar Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

I like Pulse's AI as it has deep embedding that correctly classifies insights from feedback across multiple channels like direct feedback, Zendesk, sales calls, and Slack into appropriate modules for product management review. Pulse helps me by allowing the grouping of similar insights and merging similar feature requests into a single work item. I also find their copilot feature useful in requesting specific insights around features I'm brainstorming. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with our existing tools like Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, Avoma, and Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

The product is still evolving and nascent, so we run into some bugs and glitches at times. It took more time than anticipated for the initial setup, though their team was helpful to resolve our issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Data Analysis with Powerful Insight Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

I like that Pulse consolidates data all in one place and allows you to use its classification Copilot to automatically identify problem trends. Consolidating data makes analysis a lot quicker. We would normally spend a lot of time on each data source, pulling out the data manually and getting it into a format where we can analyze it. Pulse makes this process very easy and quick by consolidating data from multiple sources. The classification Copilot is similar—it lets us quickly analyze and identify trends in our data without needing to use separate tools like LLMs or Spreadsheets. What do you dislike about Pulse?

The UX could definitely be improved. It's a little unintuitive, and some of the icons are a little hard to understand. You have to go in and discover a lot of items yourself. We did also have a problem with the classification views not persisting, but now they have just released a feature where it should persist, so that was the major issue, and that should be solved right now. "Powerful Customer Insights That Make Prioritization and Roadmapping Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

Ability to generate insights from calls and all customer facing channels. It's pretty easier to find what customers are asking, at what frequency and how many of them. Insights are also pretty useful when discussing internally with stakeholders on what to prioritize and help me plan my road map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

Since there are a lot of insights, I need a feature which can collate similar requests. The existing feature which they have doesn't work that well, so I have to do it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Insights That Centralize Feedback and Drive Smarter Product Decisions"
5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

What I like best about Pulse is how it brings customer feedback, product insights, and feature requests into one place. The AI powered insights make it much easier to identify trends, prioritize work, and make data driven product decisions without manually going through feedback from multiple sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

Sometimes the data isn’t grouped appropriately for the specific customer problem, which can make it harder to interpret the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Insights and Filters for Reviewing Customer Requests"
4/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

The list of insights, along with the filters, is really helpful for going through customer requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

The generic MCP available on Claude is a real pain point for me, since it consumes a lot of tokens. On top of that, MCP mostly just lets Claude talk to their Copilot on the platform, and that experience itself isn’t that great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Essential Co-Pilot for Any Product or Executive Leader"
5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

As a PM, I’ve evaluated countless tools that promise to unify insights, automate workflows, and reduce manual effort - Pulse is one of the very few that actually delivers.

Pulse consolidates intelligence from multiple sources effortlessly(sources that you rely on for insights in your day-to-day work), and the co-pilot genuinely enhances day-to-day decision-making. It has significantly reduced the time I spend gathering context, validating signals, and aligning stakeholders.

The platform is intuitive, fast to navigate, and designed in a way that supports real customer usage rather than forcing teams to adapt to the tool. The depth and quality of insights, paired with automation, make my job easily 10x easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

Being among the early customers, I’ve had the chance to see the platform evolve rapidly. While there were a few early-stage kinks, the team’s responsiveness and customer-centricity more than made up for it, and I can vouch that the experience is just enhancing day by day.

What stands out to me is how seriously the team listens — you genuinely feel heard, and suggestions convert into real improvements quickly. There’s nothing major I dislike today; the pace of innovation and support has consistently impressed me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organizes Customer Insights, Slight Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Pulse?

I use Pulse for understanding customer voice and insights, and I really appreciate how it collates all the feedback from different client calls. As a product manager, I like the way it organizes user feedback for me. The initial setup was pretty simple too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse?

Sometimes the flow seems a little complicated to understand for beginners. Maybe give video examples of a general PM workflow and show them where Pulse will fit in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the tool I use to build customer experience programs, and Pulse serves as the source of truth for that information. It really helps keep all feedback, insights, and interactions in one place, giving our teams a more holistic view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
