"Critical to National Account Compliance and Competitive Pricing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

As a director of National Accounts, I use ProxyWing residential proxies almost every day to validate perspective and to ensure that our product listings and offers are live and correct on major online retailers such as - Amazon, Walmart & Target. Convenience is key, I can pop between an IP in Dallas for a Walmart promo quick and then one for Seattle to see if we have the Buy Box on Amazon all within 30 seconds. This gives me evidence on hand that I can show to our retail partners and nip problems in the bud. The connections are reliable enough that I'm looking at precisely the same page that a genuine customer is in that region. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So, for my personal use case of daily prices across 20+ skus + stores – this means it is still manual. I must go to every product page by hand from different places. Having this ability to automate a list of URLs from certain geographies and have them checked on the schedule would probably save me 5-7 hours per week. I also once had to get A Very Important Block Stuck IP Cleared AT The Last Minute Before A Major Sale I Was About To Have Before a Holiday, and while support handled it then, a priority phone line for time sensitive retail issues would be handy. "An Essential Tool for My World-wide AI Market Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

I work in my industry researching AI trends and competitive landscape for a global community. I use ProxyWing residential proxies every day to visit tech blogs, academic papers and competitor websites IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. For instance, last month I was writing a report about the uptake of big language models in South Korea and Japan. With local IPs fro Seoul and Tokyo, I could connect to region specific forums and news sites which are usually not accessible from outside. This provided my client with authentic, on the ground knowledge which would have been impossible from global news sources. The proxies work great and it literally takes no more then a few minutes to set them up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

I have to assemble information into Factual Reports. The proxies are OK, but it doesn’t have the native functionality I need for managing my research sessions. I need to maintain a separate log (in spreadsheet) recording which proxy IP was used for what research task and client project. It’s a small but annoying inefficiency in my weekly process that takes up time when I have to cite sources or backtrace my trails for a client question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Authentic Territory Intelligence and Sales Investigation"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

It is easy to use, which is suited well to my sales job. I can easily get a local residential IP from any city in my coverage area to test local search results, competitor ads and event pages. Implementation was instant. I use Highspot extensively, several times a week for client calls and territory reviews. There are so many options available especially targeting by city level which is what I need for the local insight! Counseling me on the appropriate proxy type for different social media. What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

I would like an easier to use point & click way to integrate and feed the geographic data I collect into our Salesforce CRM. Currently I just record the IP locale with my discovery manually. They are solid when it comes to responding to customer support requests, however a knowledge base with some sales use cases would help new hires get up the learning curve faster. "ProxyWing: Easy Setup, Stable Connections, and a Supportive Community"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

The ProxyWing service is quickly set up with our marketing platform. It has easy interface and the proxy connections are more stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

I am extremely fond of this tool, as well as the backend community they have developed to resolve all proxy wing related problems. Their documentation could be improved; it lacks detail for more advanced use cases and troubleshooting. Flexible pricing can do that too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Critical for worldwide product launches and competitive intelligence efforts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

I use ProxyWing's worldwide residential IPs to verify my AI Software Company's product performance and localization pre-deployment as a Product Marketer. For our recent launch in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) this allowed me to browse the web app and pricing pages as a user from Berlin would through "Pricing > Web Interface." This was so key to making sure our customer journey was perfect prior to going live and catching bugs geo-specifically that our VPN couldn't simulate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

I am expected to accelerate my competitive intelligence across all markets I serve. The dashboard for managing several geographic checks at the same time can become cluttered. In order for me to present clean data to our product team, I usually need to manually put together the IP sessions and results into a separate deck which are just more unnecessary steps added to my (already weekend-long) competitive analysis set up each week. "Crucial for High-Stakes, Global PPC Campaign Verification"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

Actions that directly translate to time saved on eliminating buffering and verifying ad devliery and tracking in any tarhet market, in seconds not minutes with out 300+ performance marketers. The implementation was extremely smooth at our volume. The quantity of features, carrier related mobile proxies in particular, are crucial for properly testing the mobile ad experience on behalf of our e-commerce and financial clients. It's how many dozens of times a day we use it -validation on 500 individual CLIENT accounts, immediately. Our reporting (analytics and bidding platforms integration) is well built out. The level of customer support is amazing. They understand that when you are trying to optimize a campaign in live mode, every minute counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

It could be more automated in terms of ease of use for managing thousands and thousands of unique proxy sessions across teams. The implementation worked out fine but it was difficult to estimate the cost of this for our high amount of traffic in advance. The line item for “unlimited, high-speed mobile data” is costing a lot at our frequency of use. Feature count is strong, but we wish for more sophisticated capabilities for simulating users following particular journeys across devices and locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strategic Shield High Risk PR and Media Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

Ease of use enables our PR and media teams to do sensitive competitive monitoring and crisis sentiment analysis, with no technical barriers. The deployment was easy and secure, with compliance to our privacy requirements. Number of Features(Mainly Static Residential IPs) This gives you the stability of a long-term digital identity for media outlet businesses and ad verification. We use it everyday for tracking client mentions, ad placements and press coverage in geographies. It was easy to integrate with our media monitoring and CRM systems. Their customer support knows the importance of crisis communication, and they prioritize you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

Audit trail creation for client reporting can be more user friendly—a requirement in our regulated non-profit and corporate sector. Security implementation against our security standards was fine, but we found that the certification process for certain client industries was laborious. Low-rotation IPs are still expensive for our use case. the number of features is great but id really appreciate more native tools to follow the geographic spread of press mentions. "Smoking Gun infrastructure for Multi-Channel, Multi-Brand Campaign Integrity that is a Given"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

Its use-case is so easy that it enables our 200+ mentality staff to review live campaigns and monitor competitive intelligence without being tied back by engineers. We rolled it out in all of our global offices very well and centrally. The offering of features, ISP proxies for speed and residential for quality included, can handle everything from IP warming (email marketing) to ad testing (social media). We’re not overused: The average number of times we are used cuts across 500+ client brands. Set up on our multi-channel tech stack was quite perfunctory. Our customer support team works like an agency—so we're quick, helpful and campaign-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

More openness on the cost-per-use level with information about auditing proxy usage and costs’s department could help financial control. They managed this well but the initial setup of whitelisting all of our agency’s dynamic IP ranges was a manual job. The custom enterprise pricing was negotiated down a lot for us to be able to use it as frequently / large scale as we do. The feature set is deep, but I want to see more baked-in compliance reporting for our regulated consumer goods clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Critical for Data-Driven Campaigns in Varying Client Verticals"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

Ease of use allows our strategists to check campaign delivery and compare activity with the competition unaided by IT. Rolling this out across our 50+ marketing team was smooth and pain free.” This variety of features, and especially the dichotomy between ISP proxies and mobile ones help us achieve the authenticity required for retail and service sector investigations. and our usage frequency is daily for tens of client accounts. Its integration with our analytics and reporting stack is great too. Their support team is proactive in writing and they get the need for deliverability on campaign launches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

It could be made simpler in the UI to manage different IP pools per client. Although the rollout was fast, I would like to see more onboarding materials around some of the typical marketing situations. Mobile proxy pricing can be prohibitive for our level of use to do much exploratory testing. A great number of features but I just wish there were more templates for specific retail platforms (like Amazon and Shopify stores, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Serrate Weapon for Marketers Test Campaigns They Can Trust"
5/5
What do you like best about ProxyWing?

It’s very user friendly which fits our marketing team well - the first we can easily switch to another location and see what is going on with ad copy, landing pages, competition. Implementation took minutes, not days. The amount of features and the abundant coverage (especially for residential IP addresses) makes our research in social media and SEO looks natural, preventing blocks. We use it all the time literally, to check geo-targeted ads one day and local search results the next. Browser extensions made integration into our process nothing more than plug-and-play! The support has been good, we’ve only had to contact a few times for the right type of proxies for different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProxyWing?

It could be easier to navigate in the dashboard to handling multiple simultaneous sessions between team members. Even though I was able to implement this quickly, clearer documentation relevant to the most common use cases of marketing (e.g., “how do I check my Facebook ads from Spain”) would help onboarding click along faster. For how much we are using it our mobile proxies take their toll in costs on our budget very quickly. It has a lot of features but I wish there were presetting's for popular platforms such as Google Ads or Meta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
