Projetly gives us a structured way to manage projects and product adoption in one place. As a growing product like Beni, it’s important for us to make sure users quickly understand the app and start getting real value from it. What do you like best about Projetly?

Projetly’s Digital Sales Room has brought much-needed structure to our presales and customer engagement process by keeping everything in one workspace. During demos and across ongoing conversations, we can share the most relevant documents, track interactions, and stay organized in a way that’s clear and easy for customers to follow.

AI Deal Insight, AI Meeting insights, and buyer-seller collaboration are awesome. Also, it responds pretty fast and makes it far easier to stay aligned from one touchpoint to the next. It also makes the transition from presales to onboarding smoother, since all the context is captured in one place and is immediately available to the delivery team. What do you like best about Projetly?

One single platform for a Digital Sales Room and customer onboarding, and it helps the sales, customer, and onboarding teams collaborate more easily. It supports the sales team in improving deal win rates, and it helps the implementation team deliver faster. The Zoom meeting integration is a highlight: it provides a summary of what happened in meetings, and the AI also generates automated MOMs and action items that can be added to shared work or projects with a single click. Our enterprise sales and onboarding implementation use it on a daily basis, and the support from Projetly is great. Projetly has one of the best user experience at present. What do you dislike about Projetly?

What do you like best about Projetly?

Another thing I really like about Projetly is how transparent everything stays after the demo. The shared workspace, clear next steps, and automated follow-ups make it easy for both the sales team and the customer to stay on the same page. It cuts down the back-and-forth over email and helps keep deals moving forward.

It’s also very easy to implement. Getting started didn’t require a complicated setup, and the team was able to start using it pretty quickly.
