Progress Portals Reviews & Product Details

Progress Portals is construction progress reporting software for Owners, general contractors and their project teams. Each reporting period becomes a single, shareable page built from the widgets the job needs: drone maps and orthomosaics, 360 walkthroughs, photo galleries, before and after sliders, video, documents and links. Teams can add a weather record to any period, with observed conditions compared to the 5-year seasonal average and the forecast as it stood on the period date, which helps support schedule and delay discussions. Issues can be pinned directly on photos and 360s, with replies, resolve and reopen, and a full audit trail. Projects can be grouped into Programs, with a live weather page across sites and automated PDF reports. Portals can be public, private or team-only, and every viewer can choose English, French or Spanish. Owners and stakeholders open one link on any device, with no app required.
