What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I appreciate the autonomy it gives the product team. I can create tooltips, checklists, communicate product changes or new products directly through the interface, with highly flexible segmentation rules and without depends on dev team and deploys. It give us speed. And this enable us to test activation hypoteses efficiently, deliver contextual communication about platform changes and helps analyze engagement and iterate rapidly. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

The visual customization is still limited. In some cases, its some cases, its hard to fully aling with our design system and maintain visual consistency. What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?

We eliminated onboarding bottlenecks, increased feature adoption, cut support volume, and now ship target messanges and surveys , all without code. Product fruits lets the team move faster, smarter and more independently. For me, a product designer, its essencial when I need to communicate the users updates. It drives feature adoption and reduces support volume, highlighting new or underused features has decreased repetitive tickets and incresed user engagemnet.
