There are so many positive things about PrivacyEngine its hard to narrow it down. I love the support function where I can ask questions directly to the Team and get quick and informative responses. The information and training sections are invaluable, being able to create and send out training to all employees, track who has completed it and ping those who haven't yet makes GDPR awareness so much easier. The only down side to the site is that sometimes the functionality of different sections could be sped up. For example, the Programme of Work template has so many tasks which isnt an issue, but going through and updating all the tasks takes a long time as the transitions from one section to another is a bit bulky. There are also sections of the site that are difficult to use form a user POV - some sections will disappear off the screen so that something that needs to be clicked cant be cliked - but these issues are so tiny that it doesn't really impact my use of the system. PrivacyEngine is an easy to use one stop shop for compliance. It's contains all mandatory logs and also has a built in LMS system with a suite of training. PrivacyEngine has supported us through implemention with regular check in calls from our customer success manager and helped us stay on track. The support feature has been amazing and the team go out of the way to provide us with the information we need. The system is always evolving and they have been very helpful with our requests. the training platform is less useful to me. mainly because the trainings are not translated and thus not accessible to all employees.it would be helpful if the trainings were available in multiple languages. After all, these are well-structured trainings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is so user-friendly. The training structure allows learning in small bite-size chunks which makes is a lot more enticing and promotes more engagement. The team at PrivacyEngine are fantastic. Rebekah is our account manager and she is absolutely brilliant, She takes time to show us new features and loves to hear feedback or suggestions. The Privacy Engine platform has been a most useful tool since 2018 in ensuring the business is best placed to manage its data protection obligations. The training available to be distributed to employees is of a very high standard and managing the process from start to finish for each user is made very easy. There are no obvious downsides to using PrivacyEngine. The output will be as useful as the information put in to the system so time is required to ensure that everything is entered correctly and accurately to ensure that risks are reported accurately. finding the time to do this is an external issue and not a problem for PrivacyEngine to fix.
