What do you like best about Postcoder?

Postcoder just reliably works in the background, giving our customers easy and reliable data so they can check out quickly and we get accurate data then for our delivery partners. It was easy to set up and never seems to be out of action or need amendments from us leaving us free to get on with what we need to do in other areas of the business! What do you dislike about Postcoder?

Cant think of any to be honest! Maybe a small monthly fee option would be better than periodic top ups? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postcoder solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us by making checkout easier for our customers therefore increasing the likelyhood of spending with us. It also helps us get consistent address data for our delivery partners meaning they are less likely to have address issues meaning missed deliveries and upset customers and increased work load for our customer service team. "Reliable Address Finder That Just Works—No Complaints!"

What do you like best about Postcoder?

The most helpful thing is it does what it is meant to do. It easily find the address. We rarely have customer queries or complaints around postcodes or address not found or missing. No news is good news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the developer-friendly API; it makes integration into websites and applications very simple. What do you like best about Postcoder?

I found Postcoder easy to setup and we utilise the API to retrieve and confirm Eircodes (Irish post codes). The graphical user interface (GUI), is well designed and has all the key features needed. I appreciate Postcoder’s robust and detailed API documentation, which made setup incredibly swift and seamless. The thorough SDKs were immensely valuable in this process. I also greatly value the high quality of address lookups, which ensures top-tier results from credit checks and eliminates manual searches for our customers. This leads to high customer satisfaction and conversion rates, sometimes exceeding 80% in lending journeys. My overall experience with Postcoder has been excellent from the start, so much so that I would unequivocally purchase it again and recommend it highly with a perfect score of ten out of ten. What do you like best about Postcoder?

The ease of use and their documentation is superb. Allowing me to hook up to the service very easily. They also have a wide offering of services that I haven't taken full advantage of yet, but nice to see they have a good ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postcoder?

Not clear how to add other members of my team there, it'd be good to allow other members of my organisation to manage it. Could just be something I've missed though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate the comment regarding the credit pricing; we did consider rounding certain credits to the nearest whole or half credit, but by keeping them rounded to the nearest decimal place it allows us to keep our prices as cost-effective for our customers as possible. We will bear it in mind for future price changes though!
