They have a lot of resources, but they're always looking to add more to help their clients start their businesses as quickly as possible. I love how it's user friendly to sort and assign recruiters their interviews on a day to day basis. It's a win win **What do you dislike about Platform 6?** Although it fits into most of recruiter's basic needs the only thing I would want to improve is the overall appearance. I have a bit bad eyesight and when i first was learning to use the software, it took me a bit to understand where and each of the coloms and rows are sorted out. **What problems is Platform 6 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sorting candidates, delivers functionality in support of our (relatively) easy performance management cycle - objectives/goal setup, interim review and end of year review (with peer and senior review).?It is job based instead of people based so integration with HRIS systems need to be thought about carefully ### 5. Applications are easy to form and structures work smoothly with applications and packages. **What do you dislike about Platform 6?** At the moment, there is nothing I can find that I had problems or difficulties with while using Platform 6. It has been straightforward and very easy to use in my opinion. **What problems is Platform 6 solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are a few solutions out there that help with the package and development of building apps related to the blockchain frameworks, but from my experience none has compared to the level of reliability and ease that Platform 6 provides. ### 6. The smart contracts feature is lovely and helped me a lot. **What do you dislike about Platform 6?** The User interface can be improvised. The workflows are sometimes confusing, but after using it a couple of times, it's easier anyway. But can expect an improvisation there. **What problems is Platform 6 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it mainly for blockchain.
