Plansource tells you exactly how much you're contributing per paycheck. At other companies I've worked at, W9s, benefits, payroll breakdowns all sat on different platforms. It was a pain in the butt. I forget my username sometimes, and Plansource actually does not have an option to recover your username. You need to know the username of your account in order actually to reset your password, but I wish you were able to just verify via email or have two factor authentication. - Any upgrades have been focused on making UI prettier, but not more flexible or intuitive.
