"Quick and customized integrations: Permut is key to our growth"

What do you like best about Permut?

We are very happy with Permut as a company. They have helped us carry out all the integrations with the applications we use most frequently, and have acted with the utmost speed from the beginning. They are always available for inquiries or modifications to the Bot, which has given us great peace of mind.

The system has been created both technically and in design completely tailored to our needs. Thanks to their work, we are currently resolving around 30% of incidents, and we have high expectations that this number will reach up to 40% with the future modifications and integrations we have planned.

We are so satisfied with their service that we are considering centralizing all the AI we use at Scuffers with Permut, with the intention of creating a stable and lasting relationship with them.
