I reface gui is a bit sticky and ugly but it works. Performance workflow software is not popular out there yet. It would be hard to implement in my organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use PerformFlow in HR and it has made our workflow processes seamless. We can now get employee feedback easily, and they can as well make requests effortlessly.
