Perfect Venue helps our restaurant save so much time and increase sales revenue. It helps our events team communicate better amongst ourselves as well as with our customers.

We are still waiting for further improvements, but we really don't have too much to complain about. We are most excited and anticipating the ability to create floor plans!

We used to book events manually, absolutely time-consuming and due to our inefficiencies, we lost a lot of potential business. Sales revenue has absolutely increased since we started using Perfect Venue. It is my favorite technology tool and events management platform we have used (compared to Getbento, Gather, Tripleseat).

Perfect Venues staff and support team are the best. Whenever we call, we connect to a support member immediately. No waits, no automation, just people. They are friendly and helpful and keep us on track when we can't figure something out or want to get creative with how we present our event menus. I also love the platform as it offers only what we need and not 1000 other functions we would never use.

I would still love to see a floor plan builder tool, and it would be helpful if we could add more than one email for notifications in the venue settings. I know you can assign specific events to specific people, but sometimes a blanket notification to all the staff would be helpful before designating the event.

Perfect venue immediately solved our communication gaps when booking events and made the guest experience 1000% better with a much easier and more functional system for contracts and payment.

Love the added features. Everything provided helps us stay organized with all of our events. The proposal menu options are well setup and love having a notes area for communication with coworkers.

It would be nice on the calendar view to be able to see every inquiry for that date, not just a few. Also, there are quite a few random glitches and bugs that happen all too frequently.

We love that we can safely store credit card info through PV. That gives us peace of mind. So many other features are much more efficient compared to Planning Pod.

Perfect Venue makes it easy for me to organize and track leads. I love that I can track them from inquiry to completion and automate a lot of the process along the way. Integrating the payment options makes it easy for my customers to pay their deposit and secure their event. It's a win/win for both our customers and our staff.

It would be great if the note taking feature had a bit more to offer. For example it would be great if there was a running list of notes that show the date and time stamp for notes entered. This would make it easier to track what happened when.

Perfect Venue helps our company stay organized when it comes to event leads. Prior to Perfect Venue the owner would just make a note in his calender and no one else was aware of upcoming buyouts.

It's user friendly, well thought out, the fact that we get to suggest things and could be great to improve even more is good - it integrates worth calendar and payment

I don't think there is anything to dislike. It's getting use to it. Honestly it has so much potential, if you dislike it, it's perhaps you don't understand the tools yet!

It streamlines and save yours omuch time

, it's all in one from that software. It only give you back what you put in, so if you use properly, you get great results

I LOVE that Perfect Venue is INTUITIVE! I don't have to be super-techy to figure it out and navigate the system.

I'm a COLOR and EXTRAS person, so I wish Perfect Venue allowed me to do more CUSTOMIZATION with my proposals as well as the emails.

Perfect Venue ORGANIZES all things Catering for our restaurant WHEN inquiries come thru the initial contact form. We are able to MAXIMIZE our effectiveness and toggle between events with relative EASE and NOT miss a beat!
