From the start, the team at Perfect Venue has treated us like we are more than just a client. Their product is easy to use, functional, and constantly getting better. They are constantly taking client feedback into consideration when updating or adding features. Anytime there is an issue the team is quick to respond and helpful. We appreciate how much work they put into making this product great.

I don't have anything I dislike about Perfect Venue! We only wish we had them sooner.

Perfect Venue has this really cool feature where clients can submit things they would like to see. Then other clients are allowed to vote on these potential changes. They are continuously working on the product to improve functionality and expand what can be done within the program.

The UI is incredibly easy to use and the Perfect Venue team is beyond responsive in providing support for our team as well as taking our ideas and feedback to their internal team for future development.

Isn't automatically capturing lead source from web forms, doesn't require that field to be selected when responding to a lead... can be a bit clunky to see full calendar and an individual request side by side, so I often work in multiple tabs across two screens.

We have lots of folks who need eyes on event details and this provides a way to capture all communication in one seamless tool for everyone to collaborate within seamlessly.

The time saved when using Perfect Venue has been extremely beneficial. I'm able to respond quickly to inquiries for venue rentals and large party inquiries. In this business, prompt replies make all the difference when closing the deal. Prospective clients appreciate the speedy responses, easy to view proposal viewing and payment options.

Perfect Venue is a new company with a few nice-to-have functionalities that are not yet part of its offering. It is important to note that the core package includes everything necessary to quickly communicate with a prospective client, create a proposal and lock in a deal.

I was delighted that one of my enhancement requests was quickly implemented. This enhancement notifies users immediately when a new lead arrives via an SMS message.

I'm an owner-operated small business. I don't have a sales and marketing team. When leads come in it's my responsibility to communicate the relevant information to the prospective client and keep track of all the details related to the event. Perfect Venue gives me a platform to share information with our clients, keep track of the details pertaining to their specific event, create proposals and collect payment. All of this is done quickly from one platform.

Many of our clients are impressed at the professional look and feel of the communication coming from Perfect Venue - emails, online proposal viewing and payment functionality.

The best part of Perfect Venue is that it's intuitive. Everyone on my team who uses it has been able to pick it up quickly, with minimal training. Even those who don't use it regularly can quickly recall where to find the BEO or other event details they need. The integration with Stripe also pushed us to start taking deposits and advanced payments for the first time. It gives our clients the flexibility to pay securely, even when the host is not onsite. This software is great for restaurant groups with multiple venues as you can see everything on one calendar or focus on one venue at a time. Perfect Venue has saved us time, allowing us to book more groups.

Honestly, I can't think of any. Past event software we've used has been too bulky; better designed for large convention-type properties with multiple events happening for one group at the same time. Perfect Venue is exactly what we needed to manage private dining and buyouts for multiple locations fluidly.

I've used the Help Center and contacted our Account Manager directly to solve issues we've had with the software, as bugs do pop up from time to time, as with any tech platform. Both are highly responsive, and our issues have always been solved quickly. I also love how you can request updates to the software and are then notified if that update is made. You can also track other updates right on the homepage, which is great to stay up to date on usage.

All correspondence for an event are found in one place, allows multiple people to use and be on the same page.

Still new and working on improvements so there are some glitches but seem to work towards getting them worked out quickly.

We have mult-day events which they worked to get updated on that.

Perfect Venue was exactly what we needed. After trying out several other popular programs, we found we were wasting our time. Perfect Venue streamlined the event planning process and saved us time and money!

I have yet to find an aspect of Perfect Venue that hasn't fit our needs in some way. In the past, I had a suggestion about creating an option for categorizing leads which was not something I disliked but more a detail that would help me stay organized. I posted this in their feature requests, and shortly after, they added the option.

Perfect Venue has streamlined the event planning process, eliminating so many unecessary steps. Communicating with the customers, staying organized, integrating each event with our POS system Toast and allowing our managers access to view the upcoming calendar have been game changers for us.

We have enjoyed our partnership thus far with the Team at Perfect Venue; they're wonderful to work with and extremely receptive to feedback and questions, which we always have a lot of! I love that they are constantly growing and evolving, and always looking at ways to improve their platform for their clients.

There are still a few glitches, and there are a few items that aren't quite as helpful as they could be, such as the pop up calendar option (you can't then look at details of that event that's in the spot of the lead in question), inbox/leads, and reports aren't as dialed in as could be helpful for someone like me.

Perfect Venue is helping us manage multiple restaurants' event spaces at once, and allows us to capture leads directly from our website.

We transitioned from Gather to Perfect Venue about 9 months ago and it was the best move for events! On Perfect Venue, you are able to personalize all aspects (e-mail templates, proposal settings, required inquiry information etc.) which is not always an option on other platforms. Perfect Venue also tells you if your e-mail response has been opened by your guests, which I love, so I can ensure my e-mail was recieved. They provide excellent customer service and respond via e-mail within hours!

There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Perfect Venue at the moment. Their team is always taking suggestions and updating what they offer their guests. :)

Perfect Venue is always updating/evolving to become more user & business friendly. Recently, they created a feature that allows you to have multiple policy options in your contracts, which is helpful since we book private events as well as standard large party reservations.

Ever since implementing Perfect Venue as our event planning software, our internal and external communications are more organized than ever! Because of that, we can provide better customer service and work more efficiently as a team.

Perfect Venue is a relatively newer software program, so there are times when I feel like a feature or functionality is missing. BUT the team at Perfect Venue is incredibly responsive and they are always rolling out updates based on what users are asking for.

Before Perfect Venue, we were managing our event inquiries via an email inbox that was shared with multiple people. There were times when we missed new inquiries and tasks fell through the cracks. Managing events was a generally disorganized process. However, now with Perfect Venue, we are on top of our game! Perfect Venue has helped streamline our communications and get our whole team on the same page without duplicating efforts. Increasing productivity with a polished and professional tool is priceless for a small independent business!

I appreciate how it's really easy to work with and the overall system. I like the proposal feature and the menus, which helps me so much while I'm working with the clients. I also really like the tasks feature. Our PV reps are also very helpful and respond very fast whenever we have questions.

I honestly can't think of anything I really dislike about the system. I've appreciated all the updates that have been made. Only thing that would be nice is to be able to access a general settings from "All Venues" and then select the location from there instead of having to choose a venue and in order to get to the settings. Just for quicker access.

It helps me stay organized and have better communication with the clients. Every feature really helps me stay on top of my events and being that I'm new to sales in our restaurant, Perfect Venue has been so vital in my success.
