The best thing about Payload is that it is very flexible- So you can use it for any kind of Project. Everything you need comes out of the box but you can also expand it as you like. It's well thought out, limitations that I find in other headless CMSs, I haven't run into with Payload. It doesn't tie you down as much with things like cloud hosting.
