"Quickly ready for use, top support, and strong value for money"
4/5
What do you like best about Passwork?

Fast, browser-based interface and a quick startup. The support also responds quickly and is very helpful. We are very pleased with the product's price/performance ratio. Integration into the corporate environment is very good thanks to SSO with EntraID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passwork?

The mobile app requires a connection and authorization in the web interface. This is unfortunate when you don't have a browser handy to verify the app. Sometimes it feels like the search doesn't go through the full text of the entries. If you only enter part of a term, entries are not found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Passwork: Amazing Password Storage at a Great Price"
4/5
What do you like best about Passwork?

Passwork is amazing for storing passwords, and the price points makes it very valuable for organizations not willing to invest highly in a tool that should do a very simple task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passwork?

There are a few kinks here and there. The main pain point is the use of double passwords for users. In larger organizations it is an impossibility that all employees have to remember not only one, but two passwords.

However dumb that seems, it can realistically lead to a lot of users asking to have their passwords reset :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Password Management Simple and Effective with Passwork"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Passwork?

I am very satisfied with Passwork. It works very well in our company with about 30 people. We have created different folders with different permissions, which works great. The search function is good. The price is also quite affordable – significantly cheaper than comparable competitors. Additionally, I find it a big advantage that we can host Passwork ourselves. This way, we can better ensure security and don't have to entrust everything to a cloud service. The initial setup was very easy, everything works well with Docker. What do you dislike about Passwork?

New features might occasionally be added. For example, a feature for sending passwords would be cool, so that passwords can be sent securely via email or link. Other competitors have that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Self-Hosted Password Management with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Passwork?

I like that we can host Passwork ourselves, which means we do not have to trust any third party, and we have the passwords on our own infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passwork?

It's annoying that Passwork doesn't show the whole password in the extension if it's too long, and it doesn't use a monoblock font, so I never know if it's a zero or an O. They should also change to monofont, show the entire password in the extension, and allow multiple URLs for the same password. The initial setup is medium, and they could improve the deployment functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid password manager for IT teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Passwork?

We've been using Passwork for about two years. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. On-premise deployment and role-based access control were the main reasons we chose it — both work as expected and helped us get access management under control.

Performance is stable, AD integration works well once configured, and the pricing is reasonable for the feature set you get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passwork?

Hard to find anything significant to complain about. If anything, the initial setup required some time to configure correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Efficient Internal Account Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Passwork?

I like Passwork for its ease of use, LDAP synchronization, vault sharing, and robust access control features. These aspects help us quickly and easily manage accounts and control who can access certain data. The ability to use it offline and self-hosted is a major plus for meeting our security requirements as an IT company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passwork?

The UI can be more adaptable and configurable to the screen size. The initial setup was not really easy since we had to create and configure three databases and two app servers, but once we managed to do that, the rest was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
