The mobile app requires a connection and authorization in the web interface. This is unfortunate when you don't have a browser handy to verify the app. Sometimes it feels like the search doesn't go through the full text of the entries. There are a few kinks here and there. The main pain point is the use of double passwords for users. In larger organizations it is an impossibility that all employees have to remember not only one, but two passwords.

I am very satisfied with Passwork. It works very well in our company with about 30 people. We have created different folders with different permissions, which works great. The search function is good. The price is also quite affordable – significantly cheaper than comparable competitors. Additionally, I find it a big advantage that we can host Passwork ourselves. It's annoying that Passwork doesn't show the whole password in the extension if it's too long, and it doesn't use a monoblock font, so I never know if it's a zero or an O. They should also change to monofont, show the entire password in the extension, and allow multiple URLs for the same password.
