What do you like best about ParcelWILL?

I like the free tier of ParcelWILL because it's more than enough for our store at the moment. It's also quite easy to set up, which was a relief when we started using it as a new solution for maintaining accurate monitoring of parcel deliveries and allowing customers to search their own orders. What do you dislike about ParcelWILL?

I wish there was an easier way to manually update deliveries because some of our suppliers don't share tracking numbers with us. And if I could automate delivery to happen, say, after a five-day period after the fulfillment, that would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ParcelWILL?

The customer support is absolutely outstanding. Zessa helped me from scratch, she explained everything step by step, customized the HTML code specifically for my store, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I came in with zero knowledge about tracking integrations and left with a fully working, professional setup. What do you dislike about ParcelWILL?

Honestly, nothing major. The initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming if you're not tech-savvy, but with the support team being this good, it barely matters. What do you like best about ParcelWILL?

I use ParcelWILL to track all customer orders and allow customers to follow their deliveries directly from my site. It's customizable and really not bad. What I also like is the ability to send emails to customers at each stage of the delivery, which informs them in case of a problem. This feature reassures customers throughout the delivery process and prevents them from worrying or making chargebacks. I greatly appreciate Parcel Panel's ability to immediately provide detailed information on the transfer and delivery time of packages, which is particularly useful for artisans and merchants. Having these details right away greatly facilitates the order of dispatch, a crucial aspect for my operations. Furthermore, the software helps me access information that I would otherwise spend a lot of time searching for, thus allowing me to optimize my efficiency. I sometimes encounter the issue that when an order is canceled, it still remains in the ParcelWILL dashboard. This makes it not always easy for our Parcel Panel team because they keep checking this order. We have now solved this by tagging the order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ParcelWILL?

I like that ParcelWILL handles shipping tracking for my customers automatically. I don't have to send my customers updates about their packages, which is a huge relief. The app works so smoothly that I almost forget I have it. There isn't anything wrong, and everything runs smoothly. It's great because I am busy with other tasks in my business and don't want to worry about this aspect. The initial setup was very easy and took only a few minutes. I appreciate ParcelWILL for its good tracking and customer service. The tracking tool allows my customers to track their orders without any issues, as they can conveniently look up their orders inside of the extension. It's also really easy to set up, just install it, and it works perfectly. I think ParcelWILL is the best compared to others I've tried.
