If you don't want to use that feature or your organization doesn't require a particular functionality, you need not install that module. It is not beginners friendly. Even many pro users find the Oracle E-business suite challenging to work in. 2. The UI is a bit dated. Navigating the Oracle E-Business Suite is a hectic task. One needs to memorize specific paths to do transactions. 3. The Oracle E-Business Suite is a large ship with many departments. To provide Real-Time continuous support, you need to have resources with deep knowledge related to each department. 4. Oracle E-Business Suite has a large user base and support community. Still, for a fresher or a new beginner, there isn't enough learning material or open-source documents to learn the Oracle E-Business Suite. To access Oracle notes, one needs to have a paid support identifier. **What problems is Oracle E-Business Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the Oracle E-Business Suite to track every financial transaction corresponding to each material transaction. Also, we use it to do order management, purchasing, manufacturing, Human Resource Management, and maintaining the fixed assets of our company.
