Operis Reviews & Product Details

Operis is the connected operations layer for your lab. Manage the critical workflows that keep laboratories running—suppliers, equipment, reagents, facilities, test menus, PT, and audits. By connecting these processes in one digital environment, Operis reduces compliance risk, streamlines inspections, and builds confidence that every aspect of lab operations is organized, traceable, and inspection-ready with clear ownership for every task. Operis centralizes suppliers, equipment, PT, facilities, test menus, and audits—so changes in one place automatically surface dependencies everywhere else. Built-in tasks, owners, and alerts keep expirations, audit requirements, and certifications from slipping. On inspection day, you can answer “show me the history” in seconds—with linked evidence. Operis helps laboratories meet these and related requirements: CLIA: 42 CFR 493.1252, 493.1252(b), 493.1100, 493.801, 493.1100-1105, and Subpart I Joint Commission: QSA.02.13.01, 02.11.01, 01.03.01, 01.04.01, 01.05.01, 02.12.01 CAP: GEN.20377, 55500, 73900, COM.04200, 04250, 30600, 01100, 01400, and 01700  ISO 15189 Robust Features & Functionality: -Always Inspection Ready Be prepared at any moment with connected, audit-ready records across all operations. -Total Traceability Link suppliers, reagents, equipment, and tests for complete end-to-end visibility. -Operational Efficiency Automate reminders, renewals, and updates to reduce manual work and prevent errors. -Standardized Compliance for All Consistent workflows and records ensure daily compliance, whether in one lab or many -Proactive Risk Management Spot gaps early and tie corrective actions directly to affected workflows. -Operational Efficiency Automate reminders, renewals, and updates to reduce manual work and prevent errors. -Fast & Easy Setup Cloud-based, intuitive setup - ready in minutes without IT roadblocks
