"Flawless Platform for Investor Communications"
5/5
What do you like best about Open Exchange?

I really like how Open Exchange is a professionally managed virtual meeting and event platform specifically built for financial and corporate communications. It has a sophisticated proprietary technology stack and an experienced team of event managers, video specialists, and account executives. The managed service takes ownership of the entire event lifecycle from pre-event planning and rehearsals to day-of execution and post-event analytics. It is very helpful and extremely efficient, which is why we chose Open Exchange. Over the course of our engagement, it has consistently exceeded our expectations. The comprehensive logistics management system gives our managers a secure 360-degree view of the virtual event in real time, including presenter tracking, attendee management, and real-time collaboration within a single interface. We also appreciate being assigned a dedicated account team who deeply understands our event's purpose, audience, and technical requirements, ensuring that pre-event rehearsals are standard practice. It's better than most of the webinars I've used, and it's absolutely flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Seamless Virtual and Hybrid Events"
4/5
What do you like best about Open Exchange?

I like the combination of reliable technology and professional event support on Open Exchange. The platform is strong for managing high-quality virtual and hybrid events, especially larger or more complex conferences. I especially love the seamless attendee experience with features like one-click access, personalized schedules, live streaming quality, and breakout room management. The support provided by the event specialists enhances this experience. The platform feels very polished and helps make event runs smoother without putting too much pressure on internal teams, which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Open Exchange?

Overall, the experience has been really positive, but there is still some room for improvement in interface customization, for example. Integration with additional third-party tools, and simplifying some of the advanced setup process, for first time users. Some features also have a more enterprise-focused structure, which can feel slightly complex for smaller teams. Or simpler meetings. So those things can be improved. "Gold Standard for High-Stakes Corporate Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Open Exchange?

I really value the 'white-glove' managed service offered by Open Exchange, which ensures that dedicated specialists monitor every high-stakes meeting in real-time, removing the stress of technical failures. Its ironclad security is a huge plus, as it keeps sensitive financial discussions completely private and professional. The concierge-style onboarding made setup remarkably smooth, letting us focus on event strategy instead of technical configurations. This managed service's dedication to security and reliability makes it a top choice for high-stakes corporate communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Open Exchange?

The primary drawbacks are the high cost and niche complexity. It can feel like overkill for casual tasks, and the interface occasionally feels dated. Additionally, searching for specific past discussions is sometimes clunky, and the platform lacks some broader third-party integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Global Billing with Real-Time FX and Cost-Effective Payments"
4/5
What do you like best about Open Exchange?

I really like Open Exchange's real-time FX API integration with our billing platform, which allows us to offer local currency pricing with transparent exchange rates, eliminating global checkout abandonment and boosting our non-USD revenue. This feature is crucial as it locks in exchange rates at checkout, removing the manual FX calculations and preventing volatility risk for our U.S. finance team. I also appreciate the low-cost cross-border payments feature, which significantly reduces our payment costs with flat fees and 0% markup on FX rates, and processes quickly with real-time tracking. This has transformed our workflow by slashing costs and ensuring timely payments to international vendors using various payment rails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Open Exchange?

I find the processing for emerging market cross-border payments slow and expensive with Open Exchange. For SE Asia and Africa, it only supports SWIFT payments, which take 3–5 business days to process compared to 1–2 for major markets. The SWIFT fees are higher too, at $5 compared to $1–$2 for local rails. This can lead to late vendor payments in these regions and frustrates global customers who expect fast checkout and payment confirmation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mainly use Open Exchange to manage my emails and keep my work communication organized. It helps me stay on top of daily tasks and makes everything easier to handle. I like how it keeps all my emails in one place, so I don’t miss important messages and makes communication faster and more organized, saving me time. What I like most is how simple and reliable it is. The interface is easy to use, and everything works smoothly. I also like how stable and secure it feels. I don’t face many technical issues, and everything syncs properly, which makes my daily work smoother. It's reliable, secure, and easy to use for daily work. The initial setup was quite easy. The steps were clear, and it didn’t take much time to get everything running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Open Exchange?

Sometimes the interface could feel a bit more modern, and a few features could be easier to find. Also, performance can be slightly slow at times, so improving speed would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
