**What do you like best about Office Exchange?**

Office Exchange has helped us transition to a fully remote work environment over the past two years. We use OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and all the associated products.

**What do you dislike about Office Exchange?**

Occasionally my Outlook freezes up as I'm trying to get work done. SharePoint can be challenging for those outside your organization to navigate. It takes a little more work than Google Office Suite, but I have found SharePoint to be a more secure environment.

**What problems is Office Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved our ability to work remotely from different states and ultimately closed an office we no longer needed, saving us money that could be repurposed for our programming.
