What do you like best about NPAW Suite?

The experience with the has been crucial for our Live Operations, we are still on the phase of keep exploring the tool and its possibilities and how it helps improve and scale our live operations. The support from Sara and Michal has been great since I started using and learning about the tool

The most important piece for us is that allows us to quickly identify when there is an issue on our live events, and especially helps us in our incident investigation management process to identify the potential root cause of the incident giving us useful insights on the action point to avoid it in the future. What do you dislike about NPAW Suite?

I believe the personalisation of the dashboards and widgets can be improved to allow the users to export them and use them on internal reports with minimum editing work on top of it. From the Live perspective I would like to have more personalisation options also on the automatic reports, so I can redirect those report to be received directly for some internal stakeholders. What do you like best about NPAW Suite?

We use it to guege our customer experience and content performance. What I like most about NPAW, it can measure almost anything you can think of including device, title, phone number, geography. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NPAW Suite?

My primary complain is sometimes it feels a little slow. Another thing I will really love to see is AI driven analytics. I am not an analytics guy, I have to depend on our BI team setup dashboards for me. If it were like I wrote a prompt and it offers me some options that would be great. What do you like best about NPAW Suite?

- In depth data for all video streaming needs (vod & live)

- Easy explanation of the tracked metrics

- A clean and easy to use interface

- Great options to expand beyond the general video analytics (app analytics, cdn balancers, etc.)

What do you dislike about NPAW Suite?

- The integration took a bit longer than expected, but really just a bit

- The QA process can take a while occasionally

What do you like best about NPAW Suite?

First of all, the team behind NPAW! Everyone is super committed and open to further improving their product based on feedback from their customers. Having a decent tool is one thing, but it's the people around it that make this a success.

In terms of features, we are particularly impressed by the high level of flexibility and adaptability that their product offers out of the box. Analyzing enormous amounts of data is not a problem at all (even when using multiple filters). Results are presented almost instantaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NPAW Suite?

While the WebUI is flexible yet relatively easy to use, it could offer a little more support for users who aren't that experienced with the product or aren't power users. For example, it can be "overwhelming" for new users to understand which of the many metrics is suitable for which purpose and what to look out for when using them. That said, NPAW is also very open to our feedback in this respect and has already made various optimizations, with more to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No reward and dynamic pricing model in the system, as a user the data generated is through my audience my content which NPAW is getting for and I'm paying for the premium service, so you should keep a dynamic pricing model where I'll be rewarded based on user size. Overwiew does not fully include currently running sessions

Alerts sometimes do not work as intended in spite of Threshold Settings

It's very easy to compare audience between devices, NPAW is the best tool to monitor playback errors, rebuffering rates and video metrics overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NPAW Suite?

It's not easy to apply "Macro Filters", let's say I have my audience divided by Mobile, Web and TV's. In order to check a specific country I need to apply a separate country filter to each device, instead of being able to set up an overarching filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The NPAW suite has helped us to be able to see what our radio listeners are doing in an environment where we had very little information.
