What I like best about Notepad++ is its ease of use. The interface is simple, clean, and doesn’t require any effort to learn. The only thing I dislike is that the UI feels slightly outdated compared to modern editors. Also, while the number of features is great, some of them rely on plugins, which may not have the best customer support or documentation. Another drawback is that it’s Windows-only, which affects my frequency of use when switching devices. Still, these aren’t deal-breakers — but they are areas that could be improved.
