The best things in Notepadd++ are first it is opensource. In our organization we are using this software instead of paid text editor. And the second one is it based on tab orientation. So it is very easy to move from one option to another options easily without use of mouse. Even if our mouse failure we can use tab to move from one option to another options.And another one is, it highlights the special keywords based on the languages .so its very very useful to our organizations's employees to code. Instead of using notepad , we can use Notepad++ for better experiences. And it supports in build terminal also.And we can also easily implement on our system. it is very easy install on our systems.And it allows the customer support and customer satiscations. We are using this software very Frequently . because our organization mostly runs based on this software. and it is very easy to integration with this software. My dislike is we can not use this on linux os system in our organization. we have 2 linux system in our organization. on that systems we can not use Notepad++ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It has classic UI design.

- Notepad++ is very easy to use, it is beginner-friendly.

- It is providing syntax highlighter & also provide auto-completion which is like most.

Simple and easy to use. You can download and install and it is ready to use. Very light weight and just caters the requirements of text editor very well. It is having the option to remeber few words and recommends for auto completion. You have collapse/folding option to fold/collapse which is very useful while using for programming. It provides additional features such as checksum generation, ascii to hex and vice versa conversions which are very handy for developers. It has good search, find and replace options. As an IT Network individual, Notepad++ is helping me more and more with the day-to-day work. The three things which I like the most are,

1. The Notepad++ cache keeps multiple pages active even if I forgot to save and close it.

2. Notepad++ shows the flow of the script/ program, which helps to prevent making mistakes.

3. Group alignment and sorting are more useful even when working in Excel. Copy to Notepad++ and do it easily.
