We use the NoSpamProxy Cloud both with selected customers and for internal testing. Overall, a very solid cloud solution – but not without minor weaknesses.

Criticisms:

The configuration options are (still) somewhat more limited than in the on-premise version. You can tell that it is a relatively young cloud platform – some nuances in the managed rules or deep integration cannot currently be represented quite as flexibly.

The reporting is functional, but could be more detailed and clearer, especially when evaluating across multiple clients.

The initial setup in complex hybrid scenarios requires a bit more coordination than expected.
