Nexys Reviews & Product Details

Most private lenders don’t run on one system, they run on five: an LOS never built for DSCR or RTL, a fraud tool bolted on, shadow spreadsheets for draws, conditions living in someone’s inbox, and an in-house build too risky and expensive that nobody wants to maintain. Nexys replaces the fragmented stack with one AI-native platform covering the entire lending lifecycle: application, origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, fund management, and secondary market execution. It starts at intake, where AI processing reads the file, extracts the data, and runs fraud prevention from day one with built-in verification from Snappt, Plaid, DataVerify, Middesk, and more. AI underwriting applies your credit box and clears conditions, and every product runs on its own rails: DSCR, RTL, ground-up construction, land, and owner-occupied, each with its own channels, programs, and condition templates. Your team configures the workflows themselves, with no scoping document, no six-figure statement of work, and no platform you still can’t change on a Tuesday. After the close, the same system carries the loan forward with servicing and draw management, fund management for lenders running their own capital, and secondary market tools for selling and trading loans. Loans trade on the platform, not over email. One standardized, fraud-verified process means paper that warehouse lenders and loan buyers already trust, and capital relationships that become counterparties you can transact with, not just report to. Standardized loans attract more capital. That’s the whole thesis. Bring us your hardest file.
