NeverMiss Reviews & Provider Details

NeverMiss is an AI automation platform built for US home service businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical contractors. The core product is an AI receptionist that answers every inbound call 24/7, qualifies leads, books jobs directly into your CRM, and dispatches emergencies to on-call technicians. Unlike traditional receptionist services that charge per minute and only take messages, NeverMiss runs on flat-rate pricing with unlimited calls and triggers full automation workflows on every call. Native integrations with Make, Zapier, and n8n let contractors connect calls to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, GoHighLevel, and 7,000+ other tools. Beyond call answering, NeverMiss delivers full back-office automation including outbound AI sales development, lead follow-up sequences, quote intake, missed-call text-back, and custom workflow builds for trade businesses ready to eliminate manual office work entirely. Founded by Rayhan Mahmood and built on Make Level 5 Expert certification with deep frontline sales experience, NeverMiss (nevermisshq.com) is the only AI receptionist purpose-built for trades, not a generic platform retrofitted for contractors.
