We've been using NebulaONE for almost 2 years now. We selected it for a variety of reasons, including a hearty recommendation from Microsoft, as well as the expertise of the folks from Cloudforce. We liked the fact that the platform allowed us to use any LLM of our choice. Our initial implementation and time to value was less than 30 business days for 2 use cases and we've never looked back. The platform has continued to evolve and we have over 30 production agents after year 2. It's priced much more affordably that committing to 1 vendor. It's used by all faculty, staff and students. What we like most about nebulaONE is that it provides a controlled, compliant environment to make AI accessible to both students and staff within our university. The main drawback right now is that the administrator tools are still somewhat limited. We would like to see more robust capabilities for usage insights and reporting, as well as clearer financial/consumption visibility to support ongoing management and decision-making about models used. It helps us bring all our AI tools into one place. It also provide equitable access for all staff and students. The licencing model works, consumption based charging works far better that user monthly licences. Cloudforce nebulaONE provides agile, equitable, inclusive and affordable access to AI at pace. Out of the box, we were able to build and deploy lightweight “agents” without needing engineers in <4 weeks from start to go-live, inclusive of MS Azure and MS Entra ID integration. The Cloudforce training, workshops and “prompt & agent build” workshops meant non‑technical colleagues could get value quickly. We have found Cloudforce to be engaged, supportive and responsive which has seen month on month user numbers and AI use grow since our initial pilot which started on July 28th 2025. NebulaONE AI gives us an enterprise data protected, scalable way to deploy into the existing university operating model. Its consumption‑based approach means we can scale intelligence exactly where it creates value, without heavy infrastructure or risk of runaway costs. The only downsides are not necessarily NebuleONE issues, for example model availability relies on Microsoft and local governance, and functionality expectations are rising, and not always easy to reproduce into the tool, meaning that BYOD AI and requests for other tools is still prevalent, but I expect this to decline over time as the tool develops Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that NebulaONE AI stands out as a truly effective platform for universities looking to adopt AI in a secure, scalable, and practical way.
