**What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

MYFUNDBOX boasts a friendly support team and an intuitive interface that makes setup a breeze! In my search for a product to effortlessly establish payment plans, MYFUNDBOX proved to be the perfect solution. I had the opportunity to join an onboarding call with their team, who expertly guided me through the setup process. In less than 5 minutes, everything was up and running seamlessly.

For coaches seeking a straightforward method to offer split payment options to clients, I cannot recommend MYFUNDBOX highly enough!

**What do you dislike about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

I held a 'pie in the sky' aspiration that MYFUNDBOX would directly facilitate the establishment of a 50%-25%-25% payment schedule. Although this specific feature isn’t readily available, the team adeptly illustrated how I could configure such a schedule following the receipt of the initial payment. I'm hopeful this will come in future releases of MYFUNDBOX.

In my search for a simplified solution to introduce 'payment schedule' (ie. split payment/payment plan) option for clients unable to pay in full, I discovered MYFUNDBOX. The system I previously used was cumbersome to configure, requiring manual updates to each transaction. This not only consumed valuable time but also increased the risk of errors and overbilling. MYFUNDBOX, on the other hand, streamlines this process, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.

**What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

MYFUNDBOX offers an excellent and comprehensive dashboard, making it easy to handle one-off payments and subscriptions.

One of the most significant advantages of MYFUNDBOX I see so far, is the vast array of payment options it offers worldwide, this is one of the reasons I chose this software since I live in Mexico, but I also want to attend customers in the rest of North America and maybe other countries as well. 

Additionally, the analytics feature seems very robust and this for sure would provide valuable insights into business performance, helping me make informed decisions to optimize my revenue streams.

As a new onboarded customer, I was particularly impressed with MYFUNDBOX's customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was smooth and satisfactory in my onboarding call. 

Another thing I really like is finding an extensive catalogue of video tutorials within the platform. It covers every detail of the setup and proper use of the platform. This feature is incredibly helpful for new users who want to get up and running quickly.

Overall, MYFUNDBOX is an excellent payment platform for my solo-business, and looks like a good fit for any size of business. 

With its easy-to-use dashboard, extensive payment options, powerful analytics, excellent customer service, and comprehensive video tutorials, MYFUNDBOX is an outstanding solution for managing payments and subscriptions. 

I am very much looking forward to using the tool at its full potential and highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a top-notch payment solution.

**What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

We've been searching for a method that would allow us to allocate recurring payments to our digital marketing company without paying a fee. MyFundBox has made it possible for us to overlook our difficulties with recurring billing and now we may profit from a unified revenue management system. In other words, we may concentrate more on providing better and more beneficial services to our customers.

Lack of integrations: Zapier integration is minimal and others like Pabbly Connect and Integromat are still missing. Although they are developing these integrations as they grow, so good point here!

We've been searching for an method for our digital marketing firm to fund Box without incurring a surcharge for some time now. **What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

MYFUNDBOX is simple. I use it for subscriptions to a membership circle of writers. Add a plan, put in some details, and you get a professional way to request payment, which continues until the client leaves the group. I have a link and I use it in my email signature, in email marketing, and on my website. Very simple.

The other thing that is good about MYFUNDBOX is the support. Any problem, you can right on the site you can reach someone. 

I recommend the simplicity and support of the MYFUNDBOX team!

I'd like it to be white labelled. But really, I have no problems with it that were not solved within minutes by the support team.

I was looking for a Billing Solution and tried a few, non of met my criteria until i found myfundbox. It's simple to understand solution and intuitive design makes my business-day-life much easier. Especially the the intergrations are awesome to automate all those boring tasks. With the recurring billing feature my cashflow just went up, as my clients get charged on time, without me doing all the manual work!

I haven't found any issues at this moment, so i can't complain. I totally recommend myfundbox as a go to billing solution. As it is a german business located in Stuttgart it is a liable solution and GDPR complient!

I can automate my complete billing and charing - my clients get a complete invoice, charging etc. and my business looks so professional in their eyes. therefore it is a no brainer.

There's nothing I don't like. Everything works perfectly. The fastest way to set up subscription billing for my business. This is exactly what we needed to manager our payments for subscriptions.

MYFUNDBOX, you can add your services to plans and set recurring payments to be automatically sent to clients.  With MYFUNDBOX, you can create an invoice in minutes with all the necessary information and send it to your client. The system also gives you the ability to track your invoices, so you know when they are paid and what is due.

The product was exactly what I was looking for when I needed a payment option for my coaching business. It helped me move from constantly creating and sending invoices, to just referring people to one link for payment.

And the customer service is excellent. They always tended to go the extra mile if ever I had a query or a problem.

Some of the wording is not intuitive so you have to work a little to be certain of the function  e.g. payments, paylink, plans, subscriptions. Could be clearer

**What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

The user interface is very simple.  It is easy to set up subscription plans.  The interface is easy to get to know and it's no problem to get to the first subscription plan.

If you do get stuck the customer service is very responsive, fast plus you get expert support.

As well as being able to easily set up your payment plan, you'll get a payment link to share with customers straight away.  In addition, you have the option to integrate this payment plan into your own website.  Which is a particular relief, because customers can make their purchases without having to leave your website.

**What do you dislike about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

Although we have only been using the programme for a short time, we have not encountered any features that have affected our positive impression.

**What problems is MYFUNDBOX Subscription solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an educational institution, we sell different courses.  Some courses are quite expensive so we allow our students to pay their fees in instalments.  We were looking for a payment solution where our students could pay by credit card and then the system would automatically collect the remaining balance in monthly instalments.

- Super easy to use.
- Customer Service through chat is amazing.
- Payment Links and Checkout pages are easily done.
- Many payment methods.
- Many options available (instalment for payments, etc.)
- Spanish language available.

- Price. These services are not cheap, in general. This one, MyFundBox, although a bit expensive, is worth every dollar.

**What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

It was easy to set up and integrate the payment gateways. It helps us with contract management, split invoices, follow-ups, plan updates, etc. Generating invoices and reports are a bonus.  Importantly, it integrates with our primary payment processors - Stripe, Paypal, and Instamojo. They have excellent documentation and explainer videos to get an idea of all the possibilities.

Areas for improvement would be the slightly dated UI. However, their roadmap looks exciting and we're glad to be along for the journey.

We are a website management company with both monthly and annual contracts. We currently handle about 500 contracts and were looking to upgrade our subscription management operations (ie. Google Sheets). MyFundBox looks to be an excellent solution.

The matter is simply told. Anyone in Germany looking for a truly noteworthy payment solution and expecting flexible, recurring payments from their customers will find it here. And as I was able to determine, the support also works extremely quickly and competently. Thank you very much!

My wish to set up a setup fee including a monthly recurring payment could not be directly fulfilled. BUT the developers will add the feature in January 2023.

MyFundBox is very easy to use. They have a perfect team that replies to us promptly. I could easily connect our company's payments and use it. Also, the reporting area is very useful. Overall I am very very satisfied with them.

Nothing. Just waiting for the rest of the features to be available soon. Otherwise so far so good. We had great experiences there. We are waiting for the payment plan to get activated.

MyFundBox is perfect. Also whenever you face an issue they reply to your questions within a few mins and guide you completely. They are great for automation.

What I'm blown away by with MFB is the speed of response to any messages I send them.  The chat function makes it so easy to ask questions and make feedback.  The service is developing and improving with every update, and it's completely changed our business.  We're now able to automate taking payments without it costing the earth, which is meant we can take on more work and hire more people

It's in early development phase so reporting and customisation isn't as full as others on the market, but the customer service is responsive and they're continually improving

**What do you like best about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

This service focuses exclusively on easy-to-create invoices and subscription-billing;  and it has everything one needs to generate professional invoices OR subscriptions. Also can set up plans where customer pays their invoice in installments.  I absolutely LOVE IT!  I also am impressed by the responsiveness of the support team and their dedication to making this service and our experience a great one.

When you get started - or at least, when I got started - it had a slight learning curve but excellent customer support to get me through the initial "feeling lost."; Once they showed me how to do things, I can create an invoice in less than a minute. (others might have a shorter learning curve - depends on how tech-savvy you are)

I hope that in the future they'd also include a customer communication component or a scheduler; so I can keep track of customer communication and invoices on one platform (it is NOT a burning must-have feature, but it'd be nice).

If you need a simple Invoicing, billing, and subscription-generating service... or if you need to break up payments (invoices) into multiple payments; this is an easy-to-use affordable service. I highly recommend it.

They built some great features that I'm excited to try. Customer support keeps me motivated to keep trying to get this to work for me.

The user experience is a little rough. With onboarding, I was guessing what I should be doing. For example, a plan versus subscription, it's not very clear what is what until you keep playing around. The customer support walked me through everything and made it clear.

- VAT tax management (perfect for European customers)
- Team based in Germany, GDPR compliance taken into account
- Wide range of payment gateways, including leading European ones (Gocardless & Mollie)
- Easy to use

- Lack of integrations: Zapier integration is minimal, and Make integration (formerly Integromat) is missing although they may have a huge European customer base => They are developing these integrations as they grow, so good point here!

The support has been quick and helpful.  The software has done what it says on the tin and is actually a great timesaver.  When they bring in the ability to refund from within the platform, that will be the icing on the cake for us.

The initial set up was a little bit of an issue with regards setting up the email on the system.  The system was eventually sorted out and as mentioned before support has been really good.

Customers are fickle beings as anyone in business will tell you so having the option for them to choose which method they would like to pay buy is a lifesaver.  There is really no way for our customers to have any further issues with making payments.  They choose which method they want and make the payment by entering a few details.  It is fantastic.  All payment links can be embedded in your website as well so no need for your customers to leave your website when making a payment.

MYFUNDBOX helps me stay focused and organized when it comes to staying on top of my online billing. It's so easy to use and is a great time-saver. In just a few clicks, I can set up and manage my recurring payments. It's also a great time-saver for my clients, and they love it! I use MYFUNDBOX to handle all my recurring payments, and I highly recommend it...and I almost forgot, their customer service is top-notch. Give this tool a try, you won't regret it.

Simplicity is key for me with MyFundBox.  It's intuitive and fairly obvious to setup and start using.
But you also get a free onboarding video call to talk you through setting up your first payment page just to be sure

Managing partial payments or subscriptions for a service in the past has been quite a challenge for me, now with MYFUNDBOX everything has been simplified. It is great to have different payment gateways under the same platform. Additionally, I can generate payment links in a minute and give my clients several ways to get paid. Lastly, their customer support is stellar, highly recommended.

There is two things that I would like to see: be able to manage multiple brands under one account and having an option to use Paypal for subscription billing. I know that they have that feature for Q1 2022, so I am looking forward to releasing that feature. And lastly, I believe UI could be improved.

Enabling partial payments and subscription billing for someone without coding experience sometimes can get problematic. Having the possibility to set and forget subscription plans and enable different gateways like Stripe is a game-changer for me and my team. Also, having webhooks available, let's you connect with other software which helps you in many other ways.

Ease of collection is the best. Once the payment plan is set to how many months and how much should a client pay in a regular basis, then it is all set. payments will auto-debit on due dates and you can save time doing Payment reminders to your customers.

There are some confusing stuff in using it. Like for example, when look into the subscription details, it will show you correctly the number of months the client needs to be bill. It will show for example 1/6 if it's six months but for the subsequent collections it shows 1/1, instead of 2/6 , 3/6, and so on.

The are helping solve our payment collections issue thru the automatic debiting of payments  on the set due dates.

Myfundbox makes creating a product and sending it out to clients extremely simple. I had my first subscription sorted out in less than an hour.  

It was really as simple as setting up products / subscriptions and then either adding a customer and requesting payment or building a link and sending it to them to pay. 

The Dashboard displays all the vital metric and allows us to know exactly where our  business stands in real time.

**What do you dislike about MYFUNDBOX Subscription?**

There is nothing I dislike about the software.  Having the ability to change the currency symbol on the dashboard would be extremely helpful. I'm sure there is a way to do it that I've just not figured out but I will be reaching out to support soon.

We are now focusing on much more important tasks. It is straightforward to use as welI; I had it configured and running in under 30 minutes. Myfundbox is an excellent tool. Highly recommended

We used to have to remember every month to invoice some of our clients manually and it became even more taxing having to pursue them constantly for payment. This was really taking its toll on my team's productivity. I was actively looking for a solution when I stumbled upon this software. Myfundbox has taken over that job and has now automated that whole process. We have to set up the subscription once, and it will do the hard work and ensure we get paid.

Among the very valuable elements:
- the legal and financial dimensions (servers in Europe (Germany), more than ten payment methods: platforms often limit us to Stripe and/or Paypal, which is not the case here, which also offers an integration with the very valuable Mollie (www.mollie.com/en), a European (Dutch) pioneer in the payment sector which itself offers many payment methods
- 3 types of transactions: online payments, fundraising, and subscription management (recurring payments), from invoice issuance to payment link
With many other features, including the Customer Portfolio which is very valuable to me

Of course, one would always like to be able to produce documents (invoices) with a precise graphic line, but this is neither fundamental nor probably desirable. No further comment for the moment.

It is a beneficial payment management service which I have got. Below are some of the features that I like. 

Have very nice UI and clean UI.
Have a lot of options for having one-time payments, recurring subscriptions, etc. 
Also, integration with zappier and webhook availability helps to integrate with other apps. 
Easy to create payment links that enable customers to make payments. 
It can be integrated into any website using iFrames

The font in the UI left menu is slightly smaller (nothing to do with the functionality anyway). We are expecting to have more integrations with Pabbly, KonnectzIt for automation.

I was looking for an easy way to collect payments from the customer and an easy way to integrate with the websites and products without worrying too much about payment gateway handling. It nicely fits in with my requirements.

Setting up payments for memberships and subscriptions is super easy. In the past, I used several payment gateways, and it wasn't easy to keep track of every single one. Still, now I can generate payment links for products, subscriptions, and memberships in just a few minutes and monitor all transactions in one single dashboard. I love it.

There is nothing at this point that I dislike; I would like to see more native integrations in the future, particularly with email marketing platforms such as UseInbox, and CRM´s such as SuiteDash. The roadmap is promising, and this company listens to customers.

Traditionally, when my business is well underway, I work with my bank to accept online payments but it takes time to open the file and the bank requires a lot of supporting documents.
When I'm in a hurry or when the business is in its infancy, I work with PayPal or Stripe.
Between the two, until now, I had nothing.
But now that I've discovered MyFundBox, I finally have a tool that is as quick to set up as it is convenient to use on a daily basis.
It is completely adapted to every situation I have encountered so far and I only have one regret: not to have discovered this tool earlier!
