I signed up for a trial (for 100 pages outbound). And while is faxed 46 pages they mentioned that i used up 190 pages and my credit card was charged.

On contacting their chat support they came back saying if the receiving machine is slow or network is an issue it might take more time. My 46 pages took 11400 seconds so they considered it as 190 pages (60 seconds for 1 page). They denied reverting the charges and claimed all the information is confirmed on sign up (in fine prints).

I would rather pay for a legitimate service knowing what i am signing up for and paying for rather than such a scam of being charged unreasonably Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can send a fax without having a physical machine that has a faxing capability. You can just use your computer to send and receive faxes instead.
