There is honestly not much we dislike about MRPeasy itself. Most of the challenges we have experienced have been related more to the integration with QuickBooks than MRPeasy directly. For example, if a payment is deposited in our bank before we close out the invoice in MRPeasy, QuickBooks can sometimes generate a duplicate invoice entry when the information syncs over later. This requires some manual cleanup in QuickBooks. That said, the issue is more about workflow timing between systems than a problem with MRPeasy itself. I'm missing the 'auto-assembly' function to assemble unit inventory out of core SKUs, which are in 'case' inventory. This feature is important because when the inventory of non-core SKUs gets low, it would be great if MRPeasy could automatically assemble the non-core SKUs out of core SKUs. Easily integrated that requires none or minimal customisation. The software has been built in a way that you don't require huge set-up fees to implement which is one of the biggest frictions for start-ups that are bootstrapping.

Their customer support is also efficient and prompt in addressing queries although I must say that their in-built AI chatbot on the website usually suffice. This makes it super easy to implement with our existing systems.
