I appreciate the integration of Caldav calendars, as most other tools only support Google Calendar or Office 365. I particularly like that I can drag tasks directly into the calendar and link it with multiple accounts, which is really well implemented. Additionally, I find it easy to navigate and the user interface is really well designed. Task management is sometimes a bit cumbersome. I would like to have a dedicated view just for tasks. The problem can be solved by integrating something like Todoist, but that's just another service that doesn't handle recurring tasks very well either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Morgen for calendar and task management, and it's really easy to find my schedule and make adjustments. I particularly like the shortcuts, like being able to look at my different calendars with one number. It's valuable to me because I can separate personal and family schedules, so it's not confusing when I turn the family calendar off and focus on my personal schedule. Morgen simply assembles the many calendars of my work, consulting, personal, and industry calendars to a single view. The addition of integrating task assignment and time management is an absolute win. The only area of improvement would be to expand the calendar scheduling link to work more easily by not requiring my intervention to highlight days and times to share. As an independent professional, I was looking for a solution that lets me integrate my daily work tasks into a calendar so I can get a clear overview of my day, while still seeing my meetings and private appointments without overwhelming my smartphone’s calendar. With Morgen, I found the right solution: I can use its calendar view to see all my appointments in one place and easily shift my tasks around within it. Morgen has become my daily business planner, and it helps me keep my private phone calendar clean instead of filling it with work-related items.

One point I noticed that could be improved is the app’s speed. I’m not sure whether this is isolated to the Linux app, but even simple actions—like marking a task as done—feel really slow, and the visual effects can be a bit jerky, despite the fact that my computer is fairly new and doesn’t have performance issues.

Between views ranging from day to monthly agenda, you can quickly view your important events and tasks and change anything you like. I'm mostly using iCloud calendar but integrating my work gmail calendar without mixing my personal and professional life is amazing. AI implementation has grown quite well as it started from helping you set up repeating tasks frequency without needing to use complicated formulas, to working with different integrations to add external events to the calendar. Not consistent enough between desktop and mobile as the mobile is left a bit inferior with some synch latency. The mobile repeating tasks keep asking me if i want to tag one instance of the repeating task complete or all entries of it at once. I almost never want to tag all of the repeating tasks at once. For me sometimes it is overwhelming, I tend to think I can accomplish more than I have time for, so many tasks are moved to the next day, creating difficulties for me. I love using Morgen for calendar, task planning, and scheduling. It's really easy to use and the color-coded system makes it flexible and quick to adapt.
