Molten Cloud Reviews & Product Details

Molten Cloud is the rights, royalties, and content management platform for modern film and TV distribution. Rights holders use it to replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one system that knows what is licensed, to whom, for which territories and windows, and what is owed on every dollar that comes back. Rights Management: centralize acquisition, sales, option, and talent contracts; search avails across all territories and license types in under 0.8 seconds in timeline, grid, or list views; catch double sells with automatic conflict detection; export buyer-ready avails as PDF, XLSX, QR, or a live webpage; ingest contracts from PDF with AI; automate workflows through the Rights API. Royalties Management: ingest raw gross receipts from third party platforms (YouTube, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Roku, Tubi, Pluto TV) or owned platforms in PDF, XLSX, CSV, or EDI; run a full monthly, quarterly, or annual calculation across configurable waterfalls, minimum guarantees, and recoupment in minutes; audit every match, split, and payment to its source row; publish branded producer statements to licensor portals; push results to ERP, accounting, and BI tools through APIs. Content Management: ingest from cloud, browser, Aspera, Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, or on-prem; store and organize with system generated tech specs and access controls; build virtual packages of unlimited size with no storage overhead; deliver one click to 100+ platforms including Pluto TV, Tubi, Samsung TV Plus, Roku, Amazon Prime Video, Canal+, and Sky; share DRM encrypted, watermarked, auto-expiring screeners. Plans: Launch (pre-configured, up to 3 users and 100 titles), Grow (configurable, up to 15 users, dedicated technical account manager), Scale (enterprise, SSO, parent-child accounts, custom integrations, SLA). Pick one module or all three. Customers include The CW, STX Entertainment, Angel Studios, Black Bear, Highland Film Group, Revolution Studios, Indie Rights, Janson Media, Sofa Digital, and Nikkatsu.
