The standard onboarding training sessions provided by the MindMatrix team are helpful and offer a solid foundation for getting started. However, I believe there is an opportunity to enhance the experience for Admin Users. A more in-depth training program focused specifically on the full range of admin functionalities and configuration options would be highly beneficial. The Learning/partner enablement capability where you can create courses, certifications and publish them on social platforms is something we truly appreciate. The platform is excellent by itself, but strategic planning, users onboarding, and execution will be the intuitive way to get the Return on Investment.
