"Midjourney Delivers Stunning, Professional-Quality Visuals in Minutes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

What I like most about Midjourney is its ability to create highly artistic, detailed, and visually stunning images from simple text prompts. The image quality and creativity are consistently impressive, especially for concept art and marketing visuals. Exceptional image quality with rich details and lighting. Produces creative and unique artistic styles. Excellent prompt interpretation for complex visual concepts. Generates multiple variations, making it easy to explore different ideas. Great for concept art, branding, marketing assets, and creative inspiration. For me, the most valuable feature is the overall image quality. The visuals often require very little post-processing and are suitable for presentations, marketing materials, website graphics, and creative brainstorming. The biggest benefit is that Midjourney helps turn ideas into professional-looking visuals within minutes, significantly reducing the time and effort needed to create custom artwork while giving me the freedom to experiment with different creative directions. What do you dislike about Midjourney?

I dont see any much dislikes about Midjourney but the biggest drawback is control over fine details. While Midjourney excels at creativity, getting a precise layout, pose, or composition often takes several attempts, which can be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Midjourney Makes Visual Ideation Fast, Easy, and Fun"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

Midjourney is really a neat and powerful product for ideation and for fun creation of visuals, however, it should not be relied upon to make final images. I like that Midjourney is fairly easy to use and understand, and it is quick in its visual creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

I dislike that if there is something small you'd like to alter about a result that Midjourney delivers, it's impossible. Midjourney is not editing software, it is creation-only. I also dislike that the images have a maximum resolution, although it is better than other visual AI technology. I dislike that seeding is a bit of a mystery and numbers have to be tried at random and conclusions on patterns drawn yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High-Quality 3D Images and Videos for Iterating on Illustrations, UI/UX, and Animations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

I really like the high quality and accuracy of the 3D images and videos I create with Midjourney, and I rely on it when I’m designing kids’ book illustrations, website design (UI/UX), and animations. It helps my design work look polished, high-end, and more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

I find the Pro plan pretty expensive, which makes it difficult to justify keeping up with the cost when I have few or no projects that actually need it. That said, it does let me generate multiple images and video prompts and make revisions, which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"If I could give 0 stars, I would."

What do you like best about Midjourney?

What I liked the most… or maybe what fooled me the most, is how much they showcase beautiful illustrations on their page to advertise their AI tool. But that’s not what you actually get when using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

I subscribed to their AI because I’m working on a video project and I needed a tool that could make simple artistic adjustments to images. That’s all I expected. But instead the tool failed to understand my very basic modification requests. And out of all the illustrations I had planned I only managed to finalize 3 in 10 days!!! The AI couldn’t even keep the basic composition of the image. It would completely ruin it. It honestly felt less like artificial intelligence and more like artificial stupidity. If this is the future of AI tools, then the future clearly needs better standards. The most frustrating part is their refund policy. They hide behind a 20-minute GPU rule to refuse refunds, even when the tool clearly doesn’t deliver what it promises. In my case I only used a small amount of my plan, barely exceeding the 20-minute limit, because I was mostly trying to fix errors caused by their own AI, yet they still firmly refused my refund request and refused to consider any context, any explanation, or even a partial refund. There is a support agent named Soar that was replying like a bot, and at one point, he/she even told me he/she was ending the discussion there!!! Since when does a support agent decide when a customer conversation is over? Very rude! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Software That Simplifies My Workload"
4/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

I like the idea that I can combine several concepts within one online software and simplify my job. It takes some of the load off my shoulders and covers most of the basic things I tend to need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

In certain cases, I need to be very precise for the software to give me an accurate picture of what I’m actually looking at. Also, I need to have Premium to access the whole program. Maybe it could be segmented by user type, like other software. For example, with Fusion 360, students can use it for free as long as they provide a supporting document. "Creates Stunning, Stylized Images from Simple Prompts"
5/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

I like its ability to create highly stylized, visually striking images using relatively simple prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

One downside is that people sometimes come out distorted, which can be kind of creepy—though other times it’s pretty funny. The good part is that you can usually fix it by giving a clearer prompt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Image Generation, User-Friendly, but Pricey and Needs Logo Precision"
4/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

1. Generates great images from just text descriptions, images with great details, unique and realistic.

2. Makes designers life easier by transforming a thought into actual visual.

3. It has lot of examples and customer prompts and images to refer to.

4. Can be very easily implemented and can be used by layman or non-designers as well.

5. Customer support is also quite nice.

6. I and my team use it on a daily basis to generate images for our design projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

1. Sometimes it gives distorted results.

2.The packages are also quite expensive, not everybody can afford them.

3. It is unable to replicated and generate exact logos or technical details, which new AI softwares like CHATGPT, Google Gemini and Freepik is very good at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful AI Design Tool That Enhances My Professional Creative Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Midjourney?

What I like best about Midjourney is how consistently it produces high-quality visual concepts that I use for real projects at work. As part of my day-to-day role, I create visual assets, content mockups, and idea boards for clients, and Midjourney has become an essential part of that workflow.

The ability to refine prompts, upscale images, and iteratively adjust details helps me generate client-ready creative concepts in minutes. The quality of outputs is noticeably better than other tools, especially for cinematic lighting, textures, and character consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Midjourney?

The only issue is that the workflow depends entirely on Discord, which can feel cluttered when managing multiple ongoing projects. I would prefer a dedicated web interface with organized project folders. Also, some highly specific brand-style prompts require several attempts to get right.
