Having seen multiple SIEM solutions I really enjoy the integration of SIEM and SOAR functionality combined with strong AI and ML The every growing list of connectors, solutions for a large number of both Micrsoft as 3rd party products makes adoption easier than other SIEM solutions **What do you dislike about Microsoft Sentinel?** Being a cloud platform there are moments where certain tenants behave slower than others. For me it is not really traceable where this comes from, and might impact the performance and reliability of the product. The cost model can sometimes be hard to predict up front and it is not the cheapest product. The incident handling in Sentinel is not that user friendly for SOC analysts, often these incidents are handled in another platform. **What problems is Microsoft Sentinel solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to replace legacy and on-prem SIEM solutons that have performance problems and lack scalabilty. Sentinel is very scaleable and when the tenant behaves well, the KQL queries are pretty fast. Another benefit is that separate tools are replaced by a single Sentinel environment, where SIEM, SOAR, reporting come together. ### 27.
