Can't say, I found the Microsoft Defender interesting from the usability and coverage perspective. We always have different controls to address the other areas; remember, Defence In Depth. So, no issues with the coverage as it's making it robust. Usability is good.

MDCA helps to detect atypical and undesired activities occurring in cloud apps within the Azure AD / Microsoft 365 ecosystem. For example, malware uploaded into SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive, or bulk deletion activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CASB functionality, e.g. to intercept the user session in SharePoint / Teams and to restrict the user activities by blocking file downloads on untrusted devices or by applying sensitivity labels on downloaded files, has a huge user impact and really slows down the performance of SharePoint / Teams.
