I like the simplicity and intuitiveness of Membrain. I enjoy its interface and its ease of use. The initial setup was very simple, practical, and intuitive.

Be able to change the color within the page like Dark Mode

Membrain optimizes time, organizes and tracks opportunities, and improves productivity by offering a macro view. Salesforce was not oriented towards our specific goals.

"Intuitive, Customizable, and Perfect for Managing Projects on the Go"

What do you like best about Membrain?

What I appreciate most about Membrain is its intuitive design and high level of customization. I rely on it every day to monitor new projects and oversee customer accounts, and it adapts seamlessly to our unique requirements. The platform is very user-friendly, accessible from both my computer and my phone, and provides excellent visualization tools, including dashboards, graphs, and trend tracking. It enables me to keep all project and customer information organized and easily accessible in one place, which has significantly enhanced our team’s efficiency and collaboration.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

Occasionally, the dashboards can be a little slow to load or respond, though I suspect this is due to the large volume of data I’m working with rather than an issue with the system itself. Aside from that, the tool has proven to be both reliable and practical.

What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Membrain has made it much easier for me to centralize all information related to new projects and customer management. Previously, our data was often spread across various files and emails, which complicated tracking progress and following up with customers. With Membrain, everything is now organized in one place—from project stages and timelines to communication history—making it simple to update and share information with the team.

"Liked it so much I built a business around it."

What do you like best about Membrain?

Mebrain is process software. It makes business operations, especially around growth, repeatable, predictable, and scaleable.

We've adopted the software in each part of our organization, and have built a core service offering around the product, paired with our IP and training, to sell to our primary customer.

The team is staffed by humans, versus large company drones. They'll take time to hear feedback, and sincerely care about helping you use and adopt the software.

There are quite a few integrations, including Zapier -- which makes it easy to get it talking. The API and webhook documentation is also public, and we've built our own hooks into the software straightforward enough.

Once people are trained, it is easy to see the impact of the software. Much like riding a bike, you are fine once you've practiced.

We use the software in our daily applications, as well with every sale and customer we support. It's the core of what we do.

When it comes to roll out, they have a structured onboarding plan (ClearPath) that should be mandatory, but you can choose to opt out of. When we onboard customers, we also provide an onboarding service.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

There is a learning curve, as with every software. Even with our offering, which makes the product fully customized, a customer will get out of membrain according to their investment.

you can't expect to get up and functional with only a couple hours of videos. You need to plan a structured onboarding.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get them to acknowledge a gap or bug in the software -- which leads to frustration.

What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

We exist so MSPs evolve beyond owner led sales into predictable growth. Without having a process toolset to support and enable our customers, we wouldn't be able to pursue our mission. Membrain is a key partner and strategic ally for our business.

For our customers -- we target technical individuals who aren't "natural sellers"

The tool helps them understand the science of sales, which helps allow them to succeed when we plug in the artists (sales professionals) to work the process for them.

"Very Good Experience"

It's a good experience to navigate within Membrain, they have a very good interface

I would like to be able to add images or drawings in the comments within each project.

"Great use of Membrain for sales"

What do you like best about Membrain?

At this point I feel that has been a great asset to the company, it help us in a positive way to have track of our prospects, leads and sales.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

So far I havent had any inconvenience at all, we are still learning and getting use to the tool, however I believe this is really user friendly.

What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has help us to have a control of our prospects and new customers, compilate good information and have it available for decision making

What do you like best about Membrain?

The Solution covers all needed processes to streamline and control your customer's experience and collaboration. With Membrian´s possibility to use the API connectivity, it provides a seamless workflow and is easy to use for everyone who has access to the system. Marketing, sales, support, and management. Including the Membrain app, we don't miss out on any interaction with our customers or in our internal communication.

Our experience from the first contact to where we are now is very professional and well performed with fantastic support.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

In all system there is room for improvment but so far there is nothing I would like to add. Membrain works continusly on improving the system and they are keeping us in the loop all the time.

The investment of Membrain´s onboarding is worth every penny. The ROI is favorable for your company.

Membrain is, without doubt, a system for the sales/ marketing and management team to use because it's easy and fun.

How creative the CRM is, it makes the sales process visually appealing and easy to navigate. It grows with us and our growing sales team.

Nothing to really dislike at all, there are a few filters that i wish we could add but other than that small thing nothing.

"Easy To Use"

What do you like best about Membrain?

I like how I can see all of my projects in one view.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

I dont like the fact that I cannot sort out my Tasks by timezone even if they are labeled
