What do you like best about Memberstack?

Memberstack helped me add member access to my Webflow site without building a full custom backend straight away.

For SmartSec Academy, I needed a simple way to protect the training area, handle login/logout, and give users a cleaner access experience.

What do you dislike about Memberstack?

At the moment, I do not have a major dislike.

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially when setting up access rules, redirects, and member states properly.

What do you like best about Memberstack?

I like that MemberStack lets you test things before going live and paying for the service. I can test that my website has all the necessary components before users start logging in. I love the community that MemberStack is building, and how responsive Duncan and his team are because the customer service is superb. The setup was straightforward, with step-by-step guide provided as soon as you login on the dashboard. Duncan also provides many introductory emails and Loom videos, which help users get familiar with MemberStack. What do you like best about Memberstack?

Memberstack is incredibly easy to set up and implement on my clients' Webflow websites. But at the same time, it's also very possible to set up fairly complex signup systems that I can customize and tailor for very specific user journeys and niche clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Memberstack?

Honestly I haven't really run into any issues or problems that couldn't be solved by their incredible support team. Maybe the only thing I don't like is that Memberstack doesn't fully support selling one-time physical or digital products. What do you like best about Memberstack?

The customer support is very helpful, though their services can be a little slow in getting to a solution it's only because they are working so hard to get your issue resolved. I do however wish they would respond a little bit more frequently and give the customer a more of an update with their services. They also have a lot of really awesome templates that help you get to the look and design you're looking for a lot faster. There templates have saved customers a lot of time. What do you dislike about Memberstack?

They need to respond faster when you have an issue with something and they need to update the customer a lot more frequently than they do. I had an issue and I was the one that had to initiate updates not members to which I feel shouldn't be that hard to do. I probably wouldn't have had as big of an issue with this if they kept me up to date with the status of my ticket without me having to go after them for an update. What do you like best about Memberstack?

We've used Memberstack for quite a while now and love how simple and easy it is to use and integrate with our Webflow website. We use it to manage our Partner Area, giving our Partners access to vital information that we want to keep private from the rest of the internet.
