Mella Reviews & Product Details

Mella is an AI phone assistant built for small businesses that can't always get to the phone. Restaurants, tradies, salons, clinics and service businesses lose customers every time a call goes unanswered. Mella picks up every call, day or night, in a natural, friendly voice. Mella can take bookings and enquiries, answer common questions (opening hours, prices, location, services), capture the caller's details and pass urgent calls on to your team. After every call, you get a short summary, so nothing slips through the cracks. You keep your existing phone number, and setup takes minutes, with no new hardware and no long contracts. Mella is built and supported in Australia by SixVM.
