I wish there were more options when it comes to how meeting notes are summarized, currently its a full meeting outline where I would love to be able to choose which parts go out to our clients and which parts get added into HubSpot ect maybe through tags or key words. I love this platform for its ability to instantly implement all the pre-existing schedule when the linkage with the calendar is made when onboarding this platform. I love the user friendly interface of this platform which is really comfortable to use even for first time users. The managing and scheduling of meetings is really easy and it can easily detect collision of timing of meetings from the dashboard. The AI chat of this platform is so powerful that it can schedule a meeting with prompts when the calendar is already integrated with the platform. The capability to auto detect multiple language in this platform is outstanding. The availability of this platform on all Mobile platform of Android and IOS makes this platform very portable. This platform can track both upcoming and past meeting which is really great for management of meetings. The voice agent of this platform is really powerful by helping in real time operation and management of meetings. The numerous integration tools supported by this platform like notion, zapier, Trello etc makes this platform much more robust. The onboarding of this platform was simple and fast. I love most part of this platform including the pricing but the pricing may sore up beyond the budget with the increase in number of of users. I really enjoyed the help MeetGeek gave me in following and transcribing the online university lectures I attended. MeetGeek would join the Zoom lecture if the meeting was set in my Google agenda, or it would enter the lecture at the same time as me. Needed the business plan to not have it named "[My name] 'Meet Geek bot" in the zoom meeting. I did not want everyone to feel watched with the bot - although we later had access to the lecture record.
