"Simplifying Enterprise Patch Management with Test-and-Approve Workflows and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the flexibility of the patch management solution. It allows us to implement structured test-and-approve workflows, automate deployments using maintenance windows, manage both Microsoft and third-party updates, and track compliance through detailed reports. The platform combines many endpoint management functions in a single product, including software deployment, remote support, OS deployment, BitLocker management, and asset inventory, which simplifies daily operations and reduces the need for multiple tools. The product is reliable, easy to maintain, and provides the level of automation required to manage large enterprise environments efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The product is feature-rich, but some advanced configurations can be complex for new administrators. Certain areas of the interface could be more streamlined, and troubleshooting patch deployment or policy-related issues sometimes requires navigating through multiple menus and logs. Custom reporting and dashboard creation could also be more intuitive. Overall, these are usability improvements rather than functional limitations, as the platform provides the necessary capabilities once configured properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding, Fully Automated Patch & OS Deployment with Centralized BitLocker Control"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The comprehensive management toolset is outstanding. The Patch Management and Software & OS Deployment are highly reliable and fully automated, saving our team countless hours. We also heavily rely on the Browser control and the ability to easily push Custom Configurations. Having native Bitlocker management integrated into the same console gives us fantastic, centralized control over our endpoint security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The DLP (Data Loss Prevention) module is a great starting point, and I am looking forward to seeing them expand and refine these capabilities in future updates to match the power of their other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Endpoint Central: Awesome Remote Control and Streamlined Asset Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Endpoint Central is a very useful tool for managing end-user assets. It helps in many ways, such as deploying multiple software applications at the same time, providing remote access for end users, and supporting disk encryption. Overall, the features in Endpoint Central are excellent, and I especially like the remote control feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Endpoint Central also provides a patch deployment feature, but it sometimes causes a lot of trouble. In my experience, the patch deployment process can take 6 to 7 days, and there are also patch misconfigurations. Because of these issues, this is one of the features I dislike. "Helpful Endpoint Management Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

ManageEngine Endpoint Central support has been very helpful when troubleshooting issues. What I appreciate most is that they are willing to review logs and investigate the problem instead of immediately pointing the finger at Microsoft or another vendor. That approach makes the support process feel more collaborative and productive, and it helps us get closer to the actual root cause instead of wasting time going in circles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Sometimes an Endpoint Central update can unexpectedly break certain features, such as remote control. This has happened before where the issue turned out to be related to the agent, and the recommended fix was to reinstall the agent on the client machine.

The challenge is that many of our clients are offsite, and we rely on Endpoint Central specifically for remote support. So when the remote control feature is impacted and the fix requires reinstalling the agent locally, it creates a difficult situation. It would be helpful if agent repair or recovery options were more reliable and easier to perform remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Features and Fast, Clear Support Resolutions"
4/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Most of the features available in ManageEngine are truly impressive because of their uniqueness and performance. Especially when we raise a support case, the team provides a clear resolution and explains the root cause of the issue within a day, which is very helpful. Features like remote control, BitLocker management, and inventory management are extremely useful and have significantly reduced and saved a lot of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

When trying to connect remotely through ManageEngine Endpoint Central, sometimes the remote session does not connect and it keeps showing “Sending request to agent.” However, if I cancel the session and try again immediately, it connects successfully. I face this issue around 2 to 3 times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Phenomenal Automated Patch Management That Keeps Endpoints Secure"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

"The automated patch management feature is phenomenal. It takes the heavy lifting out of keeping Windows, Mac, Linux, and third-party applications up to date. The automation policies ensure our endpoints are secure without requiring constant manual intervention from our IT staff." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

"Because the platform is so incredibly feature-rich, the user interface can often feel cluttered and overwhelming. The learning curve is quite steep for new administrators, and it takes a significant amount of training to figure out where some of the more advanced settings and configurations are buried." "Manage Engine Endpoint Central: Feature-Rich Endpoint Management Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Manage Engine Endpoint Central is one of the best tools for managing end-user systems. It includes multiple features that help me manage the entire asset base in my organization. For example, if any user is facing an issue, I can access their system remotely and resolve it. It also supports disk encryption using BitLocker, patch updates, and software deployment. That's why i like the end point Central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Patch pushing isn’t working properly. Sometimes it takes a huge amount of time to apply. The remote option also doesn’t work at times: it shows "request send to agent," but nothing happens. If I click cancel and then try again, it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Reliable Endpoint Management Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

What I like most is that it makes my work easier. I can manage all the computers from one place instead of doing things one by one. Patching, monitoring, and deploying software is much faster and more convenient. It really helps save time and reduces manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I don’t like is that sometimes patch deployment can fail with unclear errors, which makes troubleshooting a bit time-consuming. There are also cases where the status in the console is not updated immediately, so it’s hard to know if everything is completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Software Deployment, Robust Patch Management"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I really appreciate the vulnerability management features, especially how it pushes Windows and third-party patches all the time. ManageEngine Endpoint Central gives us a good way to control everything with timing and scheduling for patch management, which is great. I also value the asset management and inventory control features because they reduce managerial work. Overall, it's been working well from the beginning without any major setup issues, thanks to the team's efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Most of the things are okay, but we need to work on Mobile Device Management (MDM). The Android system is difficult, especially regarding certificates. We're also limited by the license, which is a main issue. And, I'm facing integration issues with CrowdStrike, which would provide more feasibility for our security.
