"It strikes the right balance between simplicity and automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I've worked on enough campaigns to know that they don't always fail because of a bad idea. Sometimes they fail because they take too long to launch. For a long time, every campaign meant jumping between different tools to build landing pages, connect forms, set up automations, and prepare email sequences. By the time everything was ready, we'd already spent more time building the workflow than improving the campaign itself. That's one of the biggest reasons I like MailerLite. I can usually go from an idea to a working landing page in just a few hours. There's always room to polish the design afterward, but having the structure ready that quickly changes the whole process. I've also had a really good experience with support. We ran into a domain authentication issue that started affecting deliverability, and instead of sending us a generic help article, they walked us through the configuration step by step until everything was working properly again. What do you dislike about MailerLite?

One thing I figure out pretty quickly is that automation also needs good organization. As we build more customer journeys, it's tempting to create a different workflow for every possible scenario. After a while, keeping track of which automation is doing what becomes harder than building the automations themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mailerlite’s MCP Server Makes AI-Driven Campaigns Fast and Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I really like Mailerlite’s MCP server because it lets me use it with my internal team’s AI agent. With that setup, I can create campaigns and send them instantly through my AI agent, which is why I’m such a fan of their MCP server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I think the UI is not properly designed in terms of user experience sometimes I get confused initially when I was using it I was confused whether the subscriber I'm watching is my oral subscriber or subscribers in the group So the UI is not user friendly it can be improved there should be better labeling of the things that we are watching Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Communication with Robust Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I really like the drag and drop email builder in MailerLite. Even though I'm a developer capable of writing HTML and CSS, it's just so much faster and easier to create a professional-looking email without needing to code. The builder is intuitive and efficient, letting me create clean emails in just five minutes that look good on both desktop and mobile. I also love the subscriber grouping and tagging feature. It allows me to efficiently target the right audience, whether it's clients, the open-source community, or our internal team, without spamming irrelevant updates. The automation workflows are fantastic, taking care of welcome sequences and routine emails without further input from me. I set things up once and can trust that everything runs smoothly in the background, saving me hours each month. I appreciate the analytics dashboard as well. It's simple and clear, showing me who opened emails and who didn't, so I can follow up if needed. Switching from Mailify to MailerLite was a significant improvement, with its intuitive interface, helpful templates, and seamless integration with tools like Dropbox, Pexip, and Shopware. What do you dislike about MailerLite?

First thing is the email editor can be slow and glitchy sometimes. The drag and drop builder is usually great, but when I am working on a longer email or one with multiple sections, it starts to lag. I drag an element and it takes a second to snap into place. Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds. Once or twice, I lost unsaved changes because the editor crashed. That is frustrating when I have spent fifteen minutes crafting a detailed release note email. I have learned to save constantly, but I should not have to. Second thing is the limited design flexibility for advanced users. I am a developer, so sometimes I want to inject custom HTML or CSS to do something the drag and drop builder does not support. MailerLite allows custom HTML, but it is clunky. The custom HTML blocks do not always play nicely with the rest of the email. They break responsiveness on mobile, or they look fine in the editor but render weirdly in Gmail. I end up stripping out my fancy ideas and sticking to the basic blocks. That is fine for most emails, but for occasional advanced needs, I wish it were more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Campaign Management with Room for UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I really like the HTML version in MailerLite where I can design the email right inside it. I also appreciate the feature where I can extract the open list and create a new email campaign without having to export and reload data, which makes it quick and easy. I find the segment section very useful because I don't need to export data for the people who opened my last email; it's automatically built in. Additionally, I like the ability to do multi bulk emailing, which is quite feasible. I appreciate the segment feature where I can unsubscribe inactive users, making management easier. It was also quite easy to set up MailerLite; logging in with my credentials was straightforward, and once I received a verification code via email, setting it up was no trouble at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

MailerLite is quite slow when switching between different tasks. The user interface is also slow and could be more intuitive, as it's sometimes hard to operate due to different buttons and features that are a bit confusing. Improvements in making the user interface clearer and simpler would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Cost-Benefit but with room for improvement in automations"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I really like MailerLite because it offers a fair price, which caught our attention. The cost-benefit is great, and the platform meets our needs exactly. It is focused on email sending, which is perfect for us, as it avoids the confusion we felt with other tools that offered many unnecessary features. The automations are also a strong point, as we can integrate them well into our workflow, especially using the API features. This allows us to synchronize contacts, tags, lists, and groups directly with our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

MailerLite has some limitations in its automation features, which for us was not a barrier to adoption, but we had to make some adjustments to adapt and use the automations for our case. This can be an Achilles' heel, and although we have already overcome it by using alternatives, it would still be something worth improving to provide more details in these advanced functionalities. "MailerLite Makes Email Campaigns and Automation Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

Since I started using MailerLite to manage newsletters and email campaigns at work, I've been amazed at how much it simplifies marketing tasks that used to take hours. The platform is quite comprehensive for sending emails, capturing subscribers, and automating communications without any hassle. Email automation has been invaluable for scheduling automatic sends based on my subscribers' behavior (for example, welcoming them or sending promotions after a specific action). Their customer support team is efficient and helpful, providing clear explanations in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

One frustrating aspect is that when creating an account or changing domain details, MailerLite requires a verification process that can sometimes be lengthy and complicate my first emails or quick campaign tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New pricing model ignores low-frequency senders, and Legacy is getting buggy"
3/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

Legacy (Classic) MailerLite has been a solid, affordable fit for us for years.

Pricing was based on subscribers we actually emailed in a 30-day window, which made sense for a business like ours that sends maybe 1 or 2 campaigns a year (Black Friday, annual update).

The editor is simple, deliverability has been fine, and the SSO between apps is convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

Two issues.

First, the new MailerLite pricing model bills on stored active subscribers, not on who you send to.

For infrequent senders, that's a hidden price hike. We'd pay the same as someone sending daily.

A loyalty discount doesn't fix a fundamentally mismatched billing model for seasonal or low-volume customers.

Second, Legacy itself is showing signs of neglect. Today the subscribers view wouldn't load: the UI said "This list contains 7 Subscribers" but the table just spun indefinitely.

Combined with the non-dismissible "Level up" banner pushing migration, it feels like the classic product is being left to rot to force the move.

Support was also frustrating. The AI bot (LiteBot) looped the same pricing answer multiple times before a human stepped in, and there was no clear path to escalate product feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Budget-Friendly with Basic Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I use MailerLite for sending out email marketing campaigns and appreciate its affordability compared to other platforms. It has useful features like creating landing pages and forms, which help in setting up email campaigns with ease. I also like how easy it is to integrate with Shopify, making the integration process seamless. The platform is straightforward and user-friendly. The initial setup was straightforward with its clean UI, taking only fifteen to twenty minutes, which was impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

There are a couple of things I think MailerLite could improve on. It doesn't have deep segmentation or reporting, which is really important in email marketing. Sometimes, while the integrations are good, I feel like there could be more integration tools available. We've also occasionally run into authentication issues for some of our clients. "User-Friendly Campaign Builder, Needs CRM Depth"
5/5
What do you like best about MailerLite?

I like MailerLite for our company email sales campaigns because sales campaigns can be easily and professionally created without having special skills. I like the most the email campaign builder, it's a life saver for us. The drag and drop feature and having the personalization fields add more value to our campaigns. The setup isn't complicated at all, and we were able to get our email campaigns running from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?

I would love to see a deep CRM integration to make it a lot better. For example, I need a deeper sales pipeline management and an improvement in deal tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
